SPEAKER_03: Good morning,
everybody.
Welcome back to the Spiritual
Grind.
unknown: Good morning.
SPEAKER_03: We are back in the
mobile studio and our second
video.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: It went well.
SPEAKER_00: Are you supposed to
clap?
SPEAKER_03: No, I already took
care of that.
SPEAKER_00: Oh.
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, just
working on how to get it all
tied together is not easy.
It took me a minute.
SPEAKER_00: Clap on, clap off.
SPEAKER_03: That's an old studio
trick.
We used to do it when we were
when we would uh synchronize or
sequence videos or audio when
you were doing the in the on the
radio station.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And so you you clap
right at the beginning of it,
and that way we know when to
turn it on.
SPEAKER_01: Ah.
SPEAKER_03: And so we can
because you can we'd always be
running the audio in our
headphones while we were
talking.
And so we could when we got to
the club, we knew to stop.
SPEAKER_00: I see.
SPEAKER_03: And that's it's an
old studio trick.
SPEAKER_00: Ah.
SPEAKER_03: To synchronize your
audio.
SPEAKER_00: Synchronize the
audio.
SPEAKER_03: Well, so I'm not
having coffee today.
SPEAKER_00: I'm having my
smoothie.
SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's good for
you.
SPEAKER_00: I for some reason
got up early, so I'm already
done with my coffee.
What the hell was that all
about?
SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
Well, I don't know.
It's kind of I was woke up too.
I woke up at 4 15.
That's crazy.
SPEAKER_00: I was not long after
you.
SPEAKER_03: Well, you were awake
when I got up.
SPEAKER_00: I yeah, but I mean
to actually get out of bed.
SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
It's kind of 4 30.
Yeah, we just don't ever know
when when uh we're gonna we're
you know, the world wakes us up
for some reason.
We just don't know why.
That happens randomly.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't know.
SPEAKER_03: But anyway, did you
have a topic today?
SPEAKER_00: No, you know me.
I just kind of go with the flow.
No topic, no scripts.
SPEAKER_03: Just I have a good
one, I think.
SPEAKER_00: Winging it, man.
SPEAKER_03: Just wing it.
We don't do scripts, just so
you'll know.
We don't do scripts.
SPEAKER_00: Nope.
SPEAKER_03: We do this.
Take it off the cuff, man.
We keep getting the the podcast
people sending us stuff that
we're supposed to talk about
because of our genre and all
that stuff, and we're like,
yeah.
We'll put it in the description.
We're not gonna we're not gonna
script anything.
SPEAKER_00: Not to be confused
with the John.
The John.
Which is where you do number one
or number two.
SPEAKER_03: Oh, I get it.
Was that supposed to be a witty
joke?
SPEAKER_00: It was probably just
a Jinny joke that nobody ever
gets except for me.
SPEAKER_03: It's kind of funny.
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we're
laughing inside here, man.
SPEAKER_03: We are, yeah.
I imagine all 12 of your
personalities are all laughing
together.
But anyway, so are you ready for
the topic of the day?
SPEAKER_00: Do tell.
SPEAKER_03: Are you sure you're
ready for it?
SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Okay, I know it's a
good one.
You know what I want to talk
about today is Do I need my
balls?
I don't know.
Do you want your balls?
SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, maybe.
Just since you have that one
handy.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is
the ball.
The ball.
It's one of many.
SPEAKER_02: It's one of many.
SPEAKER_00: This is one of my
beauties.
This is quartz.
I have a selenite one.
Also known as selenite.
SPEAKER_03: Selenite.
SPEAKER_00: Depending on your
pronunciation where you're from.
Preference.
SPEAKER_03: You know, that is
the uh topic of the day, kinda,
actually.
Not the minerals, but the energy
behind things that we take on.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_03: You know, and here's
a prime example.
You know, uh I had my health
event back in November.
So y'all don't know.
If you didn't know it, I had two
strokes at a brain bleed back in
November.
I'm good.
Which is why I'm a little bit
slower processing at times and I
have a hard time finding the
words sometimes like I used to,
but I'm getting way better.
But the energy behind that is
very much lay down and lick your
wounds.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
But before you get started
though, yesterday we had a
really, really good turning
point.
SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, totally.
SPEAKER_00: So every time we go
to the grocery store, he likes
to play on the blood pressure
machine.
I chalk it up as, you know, that
child who likes to play with the
machine.
Pepsi.
You tell them not to.
So every time we go shopping, he
has to get on the blood pressure
machine, even before his health
event.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I just always
like to know because for many
years I was 110 over 70 on my
blood pressure all the time.
SPEAKER_00: Did you play with it
when you were a child?
SPEAKER_03: Every time I went to
the grocery store.
SPEAKER_00: Right, exactly,
didn't we all?
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And we got in
trouble.
You're not supposed to play with
that.
Don't play with the blood
pressure machine.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I remember
they were it was You just
couldn't help it, man.
They used to have them like all
over Walmart, if you remember.
Back in the day, they were
everywhere.
There weren't just it wasn't
just one of them.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
SPEAKER_03: They were
everywhere.
SPEAKER_00: And as a kid, you
just couldn't help it.
Anyway, so yesterday you sat
down to play with your machine.
SPEAKER_03: I did.
And took the lowest blood the
lowest blood pressure that I
have taken.
Oh my gosh, in a long time.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
We need some applause.
SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
My blood pressure was 106 over
74.
SPEAKER_00: Yay.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
SPEAKER_03: Back almost back
down to normal all the time.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Don't know why it
was even up in the first place.
Right.
Who cares?
As long as I uh didn't adhere to
the energy of the common human.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: Because every time I
looked into things, trying to
figure it out, because even the
doctors couldn't really explain
what had happened for absolutely
no reason.
We have a pretty good idea what
happened, but you know, we can't
talk about it.
But what the energy behind it
is.
SPEAKER_00: I can talk about it.
SPEAKER_03: The energy behind
all of it is uh lay down, lick
lick your wounds, you know,
you'll never be the same.
And and I got news for you that
if you listen to that stuff in
any part of your life, if you if
you research things and you've
somehow align with the energy
behind of negativity behind all
anything like that.
I don't care what it is, like
money, health, uh relationships,
if you align with something,
then the negative energy is
going to come up because I was
aligning with that negative
crap.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I can talk
about it because I didn't sign
any papers.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no.
Uh I can't.
I can.
I know, but I'm on this.
SPEAKER_00: But if you don't say
anything.
SPEAKER_03: But anyway, so well,
I mean, as long as you don't say
the name, you're you're good.
SPEAKER_00: We were so we were
uh chronically exposed to
several different kinds of
ill-causing mold and uh over a
span of about three years and
radon.
And we are still recuperating
from the exposure to that.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the mycotoxins
in your system is what caused
the what caused the problems.
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
Because I I am talking about it
because I want people to be
aware.
Because until this event
happened, mold to me wasn't
considered or defined as
dangerous in my proverbial
dictionary.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: Because okay, so we
have a little mold, let's clean
it up with a little bleach or
whatever and move on.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
And contrary to popular belief,
own there's only a few molds
that you can actually smell.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: We have learned a
lot.
There's a ton of mold out there.
Um every every state has a
different kind.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And and there's only
three or four that can actually
be smelled by the human nose.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
And um, so we were uh were
exposed over a span of three
years.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And uh it caused
unknown health issues.
SPEAKER_00: Made, yeah.
I mean, during it, we spent a
lot of time trying to figure out
what was making us sick.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
Um I went through so much trying
to figure out why I felt bad.
SPEAKER_00: Uh leaving our place
of employment over it.
Um and still to this day are
still going through uh recovery.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And it's so it's a
it's a big deal.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that sudden
takes nine to sixteen months to
get it out of your muscles.
SPEAKER_00: It is not uh it's
it's not small stuff, man.
SPEAKER_03: Anyway, there is a
uh if which what everybody needs
to understand about it, first of
all, is it builds up in your
system.
It's not something it uh people
think it's allergies.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And it because it
that's what happened to me.
I I went to my allergist and
they did all these testing,
couldn't find anything I was
allergic to.
And it builds up in your system,
so it pro and it progressively
gets worse.
That's right.
Because it it stores in the body
because your body don't know
what to do with it.
SPEAKER_00: Well, and I want to
say this too, it does different
things in different people.
SPEAKER_04: It does.
SPEAKER_00: For you, it was like
upper respiratory, vocal cords,
ears.
You went to the ENT, got scoped
like every every two weeks.
SPEAKER_03: Uh for almost the
entire year they scoped it.
SPEAKER_00: For me, where it is
uh targeting is in my muscles
and in my digestive tract.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And uh and somewhat
in my breathing.
SPEAKER_03: Because your body
does not digest it, just so
y'all know.
That's right.
And does not process it.
So it will actually colonize in
different areas of the body.
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
And then you'll have symptoms
according to where it's
colonizing.
And then yours was upper
respiratory sinus, mine's been
digestive.
And so I literally uh lost the
hair on my legs, I lost my
eyelashes, like my hair is
already getting thin in my head.
Right.
I I couldn't eat.
SPEAKER_03: I gained weight,
which is weird for me.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
SPEAKER_03: I normally stay 194,
nope, gained about 25 pounds.
SPEAKER_00: Muscle fatigue,
yeah, illness.
SPEAKER_03: You know, it does
mimic a lot of different things.
And so if you're having weird
symptoms that you can't
understand and your doctor and
your doctor or herbalist or
whatever, you can't seem to
figure it out, go get tested.
Yeah, explore it.
Check it out because you'll find
out that it is it is very
dangerous and it needs to be
studied again.
SPEAKER_00: And it won't make
you sick.
And the thing is, is it doesn't
have a standard set of symptoms.
Nope.
It can mimic everything from a
head cold to a uh full-on
stroke.
Yeah, it can mimic all of that.
If you do any research or any
reading, it just depends on
where it's gonna uh show up in
an individual's body.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Uh but like you
said, we signed up for the
journey.
If we if we circle back around
and bring it back to our
spiritual talks, we signed up
for the journey.
We don't know why yet.
SPEAKER_03: Haven't been
discovered yet.
SPEAKER_00: Um it just has been
a definite journey.
SPEAKER_03: I think the thing
for me that created this
negative thought process for me
is all of the crap I have been
through in my life, and I came
right out of it.
Yeah.
And then something that I
couldn't see, smell, taste,
dust, touch, taste, any of that
stuff attacked me.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And I couldn't do
anything about it.
I didn't know.
I tried.
I mean, I tried countless times.
SPEAKER_00: I think for me, uh
it's the same, but in addition
to that, it attacked me in my
safe space.
I at my home.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And that's, you
know, my home has always been
kind of my sanctuary, and I make
sure I don't bring negative
energy into the space, I make
sure the space is clear.
So you did every so we have all
these beautiful stones and
crystals about just to create a
really yummy space, and for that
to happen in my home, I think
was the biggest thing for me
because I've always prided
myself in having that realistic,
peaceful sanctuary in in the
home, even when I was raising
the kids, and you know, even
when we were living in a
traditional home, we've always
had crystals about Burning Sage
doing the whole, you know,
whatever just to make it a safe
space.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
For some reason my camera quit
working.
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we have the
non-physical.
SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
It didn't make any dang sense.
Why did it turn off?
But anyway, I'll just go.
SPEAKER_00: Did you turn it back
on?
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's working
on it.
For some reason it shut off.
I don't know what it did or why
it did.
SPEAKER_00: We're still learning
the whole live video thing.
SPEAKER_03: Anyway, so I don't
really know.
I don't know why it shut off.
But it was I just checked it a
minute ago and it was running
just fine.
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we
obviously should move on and
stop talking about it.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so negative.
So behind it was and then
everything you look of you when
you look up strokes and what
causes strokes and blah blah
blah blah blah, everything was
negative.
You know, it was all pretty much
it directs to the person.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Like there's
something they're doing wrong
and something.
But for me, it wasn't me doing
anything wrong.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: It was me doing me.
I was just being me.
But for some reason my blood
pressure kept going up.
And even at the hospital, the
neurologist was like, I can't
tell you why it happened.
They put me through all this
testing, but you're gonna heal,
you're gonna be fine.
We don't know why.
And it and that's kind of a
that's a hard pill to swallow,
and it'll make you mad.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, not knowing
the why.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, not knowing
the why.
Because everybody wants the why.
Why did this happen to me?
SPEAKER_00: Well, especially
when it's a traumatic event, you
want to know the why.
SPEAKER_03: That was a very
weird thing.
SPEAKER_00: I'm here to tell
you.
Sometimes you don't get the why
at all.
Sometimes you don't get it right
away, sometimes you don't even
get it at all.
SPEAKER_03: The negative part of
it was is it was the anger
inside of me.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And the anger it
cultivated this negative every
time I would look at things.
You know, when I would look
something up and it would I
would get mad about it.
And but what happened was is I
started looking at why I kept I
was carrying on symptoms that
the doctors say I shouldn't be
carrying on.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And so I finally
worked on it a little bit and I
didn't conform to what they were
saying.
I didn't believe it.
Didn't believe any of it.
I don't believe it'll happen
again.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Now I was.
I was like, because I was
fearful of it constantly.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
SPEAKER_03: Which which being
fearful raises your blood
pressure.
SPEAKER_00: Well, not only that,
but it can bring up you know, if
you're fearful of something and
you're like, damn it, I know
this is not gonna consume me,
right?
That can bring on anger.
SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah, totally.
And it did.
It made on lots of it, it made
in lots of anger inside of me.
SPEAKER_00: Especially when you
go through life and you've
conquered the fear beast.
SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And something
happens and brings it back
around.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because I was
literally fearful of absolutely
nothing.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
I mean, we we live our life
primarily that way, at least
until this happened, and it
reminded us that maybe we're not
quite as fear-free as we thought
we were.
SPEAKER_03: You know, and that
was the the thing for me is
working through the process of
working through the fear.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Understanding the
emotional ladder.
Yeah.
And the frequencies behind it.
And when I got to the point of I
was just kind of like, man, I'm
just gonna I I gotta quit.
I gotta quit.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: I gotta quit.
I gotta move, I gotta live on.
And uh, that was uh probably
about two weeks ago now.
I quit looking at anything.
I just like, you know, forget
it.
I'm not gonna check into this.
If if I'm gonna go on from this
life, it's I'm gonna go on.
It's just I I I can't keep
running this system of negative
and this loop of complete
negative energy constantly.
Yeah because that's what I was
doing.
I was I was walking around in
fear, and that's not me at all.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: I'm never fearful.
And so it changed the way I was
operating my life, and I just
finally like I threw the towel
in.
You know, I I threw the flag and
we uh you know, we did a
personal foul, you know, we
moved on.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And and then what
happened yesterday was a
complete, I think, um chapter
close.
Not just a chapter close, but it
was the uh execution of getting
rid of the negative and the
fear.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh like a
whole reality shift.
SPEAKER_03: Yes, it did it
shifted my reality, it shifted
my train of thought.
And then even this morning when
I started, you know, because I
because I've been walking every
single day and we've been here
pretty much, and I quit walking
for a while because I was like,
oh my god, I was fearful of it.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And then that fear,
when I did walk, I would get
anxious and then I would get
short of breath.
And and so I quit doing it
yesterday, nothing, I'm good.
Today, nothing, I'm good.
Yeah.
And so understanding if the
energy behind it is tough.
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
And as the caregiver slash
spouse who went through the that
side of things, yeah, I had to
go through a series of uh fear
and then letting it go.
You know, I had to come to that
place where because there I
spent some time not wanting to
let you out of my sight.
Yeah, I know you did, not
wanting you to go to town
without me, like just really
hovering.
And uh so I I I was like, no,
this is not the life I want to
live.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And I was like,
okay, well, you know, I I wasn't
able to stop it before.
So if it's gonna happen, it's
gonna happen.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: I just gotta get on
with life and live life again
and let him be, because I don't
want to be that hovering spouse.
Um, and I don't want to be a
lifelong caregiver to another
human being.
Been there, done that, got the
t-shirt.
Don't want to do that.
Those are not enjoyable places.
SPEAKER_03: Well, then I don't
want you to take care of me
either.
That's right.
I've always been the guy to do
my laundry if I need if I I do
not need you to do anything for
me.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
I know that.
And and because of what happened
to me in it, right?
It put me in that place that for
somehow, some way in my mind, I
thought, okay, if I am right
there with you, I somehow can
stop this from happening.
And I had to come to the
realization that I didn't stop
it before.
SPEAKER_03: You were there when
it happened.
SPEAKER_00: I was right there
when it happened, and I wasn't
able to stop it then.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And and so I just
had to do a release.
SPEAKER_03: You know what what
it the the it's crazy because
this is kind of one of the
reasons, one of the steps that I
did was because obviously this
podcast is turning into fear.
Um what was it gonna be uh
conforming to the negative?
SPEAKER_00: But this is about I
mean fear is kind of negative.
And you if you're not careful
and conform to it, you'll live
in that loop.
SPEAKER_03: Yep.
SPEAKER_00: And loop and keep
looping it and looping it.
SPEAKER_03: And so what I did,
you know, how I compared him pre
compared the event in my which I
had a stroke, or you know, I
told you, numerous I had a
couple.
And the part of it for me that I
really kind of put it in
comparison to was when I did get
in trouble with the law and I
went to jail.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And because I you
you lose control of your life.
And in that moment when that
happened, I had no control.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: I couldn't pro I
wanted to.
Right.
I wanted to process, I wanted to
communicate, but it just wasn't
happening.
It just was not happening.
I made zero sense for that
moment in life.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And and which will
create fear, especially when you
have when you feel like you lose
the control of your life.
Because that's what happened in
that moment.
Like what the hell's going on?
SPEAKER_00: Loss of control can
be a big, big thing.
SPEAKER_03: It's a big fear.
SPEAKER_00: It can be a big
thing.
And and it uh it can it can jam
people up and make reality
really, really wonky if you
perceive that you've lost
control.
And in a in any area of the life
pie, the perception of l loss of
control.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: The rabbit hole part
of it is is we don't really
control a whole lot of it.
Oh no.
But don't tell anybody.
Shh.
SPEAKER_03: Okay.
Shh, don't done nobody.
You know, but I think what
everybody needs to understand is
A, I was listening to this
energy because I was looking for
the reasons.
I was looking for the whys
constantly, which for me has
always been a big deal.
I actually taught I teach this,
the three whys to every what.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And it's uh it's in
my book, uh it's in both of my
books actually, and it is in my
lectures because the three whys
are the reason why you find out
what happened.
And in this case, there is no
figuring it out.
I and it and at this point, I
don't really care.
I'm just gonna live.
I'm gonna move on.
I'm gonna live to be 119 and be
a thorn in my wife's ass for
many years.
SPEAKER_00: 119, that's a random
number.
SPEAKER_03: And uh gonna move
on.
But this is what we do as
humans.
We that adds up to be 11.
It does.
Oh, look at that.
All right, nice.
And today happens to be the 11th
of February.
SPEAKER_00: Ooh, juicy.
Maybe today we should scratch
our tickets.
SPEAKER_03: Maybe we should.
SPEAKER_00: I have tickets in my
purse that we keep forgetting
about.
I haven't scratched.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the scratch
tickets.
But anyway, so that's what we do
as humans.
We as humans have a tendency to
fall into the trap of follower
and not leader.
And when you're in your life, if
you're living in a follower
mindset, then you're gonna
follow in life and you're gonna
conform to all these negatives,
the sadness, the fear, the
anguish, the whatever it is, uh,
grief, you know, and it's a lack
of you understanding that you
are following, which just
creates create it creates a
reciprocation of the mindset
constantly.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
And the unfortunate thing is if
you're doing it subconsciously
and you don't even realize
you're doing it.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it can be
tough.
SPEAKER_00: You'll take on
beliefs of other people that you
never really wanted to or never
really intended to.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And change your
entire belief blueprint.
SPEAKER_03: That's what I did.
SPEAKER_00: Like that.
SPEAKER_03: I I took on the
beliefs of others.
SPEAKER_00: And then when you
become aware of, you know, my my
world is freaking wonky and I
don't like it.
And then you start digging
around in beliefs, you're like,
where in the hell did that come
from?
SPEAKER_04: Yep.
SPEAKER_00: And then, you know,
you'll be given this moment in
time where you're like, oh.
Yeah.
Such and such was talking about
that in this bitch session, and
I just accepted that right on in
a subconscious way.
You know, that's how some of
those beliefs get in there and
they get uh tangled up in the
state.
SPEAKER_03: Well, that's what
happened to me.
The doctor said Oh, yeah, your
blood pressure probably won't
regulate for six to nine months,
and yada yada yada,
whoop-ty-whoop-ty-woo, and all
this stuff, you know, your
processing's gonna be hard.
And they were telling me all
these things to expect.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And I just picked it
right up and shoved it in my
backpack and carried it right on
out the door with me.
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
SPEAKER_03: And the whole
placebo of it.
Yeah, the whole all of it.
And and then I sit there and I
was going through everything
they were saying.
I was like, I'm not experiencing
that.
I'm not experiencing that.
I'm not experiencing, you know,
I was going through it in my
mind.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And because really,
I have other, I mean, most
people can't even notice it.
SPEAKER_00: I am your wife, and
I'm gonna tell you that on uh
most days I don't see you skip a
beat.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
And it's probably when I'm
trying to.
SPEAKER_00: And so people that
don't know you or haven't spent
a lot of time around you, right,
they'll never even know.
Right.
And so, I mean, I've spent every
waking moment with you since we
met.
I think we've spent one night a
apart since we met ten years ago
or whatever it's been.
And there's rare occasion that I
even notice any kind of stuff
now.
SPEAKER_03: And if we It's when
I only try to use more than
three syllables.
SPEAKER_00: In the beginning, I
did see a little a little miss
here and there.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Totally.
Now I recognize it inside the
side.
SPEAKER_00: I know you do
inside, but I am telling you
from the outside, nothing.
SPEAKER_03: And that's the
that's the key part to it, is as
I went through it, I worked
through my process.
Because when you're dealing with
negative energies or negative
things, you have to work your
process.
And my process is I'm an
investigator.
Right?
This is who I am.
I'm the why guy.
And so I went through each one
of these and I sat and asked
myself, why am I accepting this?
Because I'm not I'm not
experiencing this.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: Um, or why am I
accepting?
I mean, because I literally I
went through the entire um
gauntlet of what they told me to
expect.
And it wasn't true.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And because I do not
fall into the uh normal textbook
description on anything.
On anything.
SPEAKER_00: I I don't think
either one of us does, honestly.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
That's because I don't believe
the crap.
SPEAKER_00: That's why we don't
That's because we intentionally
write our belief program and
update it regularly, and we
decide what gets to say, what
has to go, what gets redefined.
We upgrade our operating system,
so to speak, on a regular basis.
Not because we have to, not
because there's always something
to fix, because there's there's
nothing to fix.
We're not broken.
Right.
It's because we want
transformation, yep, and we want
growth, and uh uh evolution.
Well, basically.
SPEAKER_03: I don't like to rely
on anybody else for my own
prosperity.
And so that's why I work through
those things.
SPEAKER_02: And so yeah, well
that's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_03: That that I would
consider prosperity of all of it
is I don't con I don't want
anybody to tell me what to
expect in business, in health,
in relationships.
Um I will learn from people, but
I don't learn from people in a
negative way.
I don't own their negatives.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And that's where it
changed me a little bit for a
couple few weeks.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Was I was like, I
was just I was literally just
conforming to everything they
told me.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: I was like, yeah,
okay.
Oh, oh, he's me.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the whole
doctor authority syndrome is
what I like to call it.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: People go in, they
go to the doctor.
This the doctor is the big DR.
Yeah.
They know everything.
You know what?
Nobody doesn't know.
unknown: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And the reality is
that they follow a process, they
don't know everything.
They know what the textbooks
are.
They know what the textbooks
say, right?
But the textbook does not apply
to every single person.
If it did, we would all react,
respond, and and have same uh uh
experiences with medications,
with chemicals, with whatever,
we would all have the same
outcome.
Yes.
And there would be this robotic
treatment for any and all of it,
and then you would be magically
fixed and and we'd just go on.
SPEAKER_03: Well, see, and this
is actually a really good
example of what you just said,
is the the super doctor
syndrome, whatever you called
it, is people when when the
human con psyche puts somebody
on a pedestal.
Right, they could pick up a dog
turd and tell you it's a
chocolate candy bar and you're
gonna freaking follow it.
SPEAKER_01: Titsero.
SPEAKER_03: Let me see your
titsi.
Anyway, and we do that as
humans, as a as a collective,
yeah.
We all do that.
SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03: And understanding
that we do that, it will change
your perspective on anything
that you believe.
Because here's I'm gonna tell
you, tell everybody on the
camera, that just because
they're a doctor doesn't mean
they're good or smart.
First of all, because I have
witnessed this.
We are currently, I am currently
my doctor is they're student
doctors because the clinic that
I go to here in in where we live
is there are what do you what do
you call it?
SPEAKER_00: It's uh internship
uh learning.
SPEAKER_03: And my doctor is in
his third year of actually
seeing patients.
SPEAKER_00: They have interns.
SPEAKER_03: And I watch this
lady teach him why he's
examining me because he doesn't
know.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
He's still very wet behind the
ears.
Oh, wow.
SPEAKER_03: And you know, it
there's what you're taking that?
Then I mean, only like two
percent of people, because he's
pulling it up on his computer,
only like two percent of people
have side effects of that
medicine.
I'm the two percenter.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
And he didn't believe it.
SPEAKER_03: No, he didn't.
SPEAKER_00: I s and I challenged
him.
SPEAKER_03: I said, Yeah, look
it up on your computer.
SPEAKER_00: You said I said, get
on your sweet little computer
and you look it up and you see
if it is a side effect of that
medication.
And sure enough, he got on his
computer, he looked it up, and
he's like, Oh, it is a side
effect.
It's rare, but it is a side
effect.
Right.
I said, Well, you know, 24 years
of nursing, you can learn a
thing or two, but I mean, I'm
not part of the side.
SPEAKER_03: Well, you see,
that's the key to it, is I think
a lot of people don't
understand.
Well, I can't I keep saying
that, I need to quit saying
that.
A lot of people I uh for people
to understand that when you put
somebody on a pedestal, I don't
care who it is, like there was a
guy that used to teach you to
save all your money or
something.
What was his name?
Uh there it was a big guy all
over the internet for a long
time.
Can't remember his name now.
SPEAKER_00: He would teach you
to save your money?
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, or how to save
your money.
You said something about it when
we first got together.
Uh, you followed his process or
whatever?
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03: I can't remember his
name.
Dan David.
Anyway, so people they'll follow
these processes because they
want to see the results that
people do.
We speak publicly about this,
and we write books about this is
understanding that this reality
is scripted from within here.
SPEAKER_00: Ooh, that's a good
plug for my book.
SPEAKER_03: And not so much
about what doing this process
that this person got successful
on, or whatever.
Like, you know, like here's a
prime example.
We watch this guy's show because
I like him and he's morally and
ethically right, and that's Mr.
Beast.
Everybody Mr.
Beast on YouTube.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we like him.
SPEAKER_03: He's become filthy
wrench because he figured out a
process in YouTube and figured
out the algorithms and how to
get so many subscribers and
created these this great, it was
a it was a great experience to
follow his videos.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
And it's fun, it's fun to watch.
SPEAKER_03: And it's not
negative, but he could stand up
on stage and tell you how to
become him and the human 80% of
the human population would
follow him.
Follow his step by step, how he
did it.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And the problem is,
is now that that's been done,
the algorithm of that changes
it.
SPEAKER_01: That's right.
It'll hit differently.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
It'll be completely different.
Right.
And that's where our human
psyche gets all confused.
I did everything that that Tony
told me to do, but I didn't I
didn't have the abundance that
he had.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Because it's not
it's that's not how you become
successful.
And you you are conforming to
the energy of all the people in
that audience that are looking
up at that person thinking, Wow,
I want to be him.
unknown: Right.
SPEAKER_03: Or I want to be her.
Yeah.
Or I want to have what he has.
And why?
You're limiting your own
beliefs.
You could you can have what you
want.
That's right.
You can you can be up on that
stage and have people say, I
want what he has.
SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, yeah.
You you you've got to be you.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
SPEAKER_00: You can't you're not
here to be somebody else.
SPEAKER_03: But the way to get
rid of that is through losing
the negatives.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, you
make it sound very simple.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I agree.
And that's why I opened the
floor.
SPEAKER_00: Oh, is that what
that means?
SPEAKER_03: Because you're the
smart one of the two of us.
SPEAKER_00: There's that door
noise.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, I mean, it is a bit of a
process to come out of that
loop.
We talk about being, you know,
in in a in a negative loop.
First of all, the first thing I
always say is, man, you you
gotta find the awareness.
You gotta make yourself
consciously aware that it's
happening.
SPEAKER_04: Yep.
SPEAKER_00: And and the first
part of awareness is recognizing
that your reality is no longer
satisfying or happy or content,
and you want it to change.
Right.
The second part of that is what
I would call recognizing
accountability.
When you go back and you look at
your reality, and you come to
that realization of, okay, you
know what?
This kind of crap keeps showing
up, but I'm the common
denominator.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: When you take that
pivotal moment of awareness,
then you're ready to start
changing.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
I agree.
SPEAKER_00: Until you can come
to that point, you're still
making up uh the story in your
mind.
Cop-outs, you're still making up
uh stories that will just keep
it covered and keep it covered.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: So you you've got to
have the uh awareness and then
get to that point of coming to
that realization, it'll bring
you out of the blame game.
Oh, I did this because this
relationship, he did this, this,
or this, or she did this, this
or this, or this job did this,
and that justification story
that causes you to behave the
way you were behaving is really
just a cop out of not saying to
yourself, you know what?
Yep, that happened.
I see the pattern, it's
repeating again.
Okay, who is the common
denominator in this bag of
bullshit?
SPEAKER_03: Right.
We say that too.
Why does every guy cheat on me?
SPEAKER_00: Wow, I am the common
denominator, right?
SPEAKER_03: That's what
everybody, every every couple
we've worked with, singles.
SPEAKER_00: It's almost always
something else is causing me to
behave the way I'm behaving.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
SPEAKER_00: Until you can come
out of that place, your
perspective is not gonna change,
and you're not truly taking on
the self-accountability for your
own reality and for your own
baggage and for your own
bullshit.
Right.
It is because you're still
playing the blame game, which
you are cloaking as a permission
slip not to look at you in your
own garbage.
SPEAKER_03: Everybody, you know,
it is almost a second nature
that you're taught.
Because like the reason why this
happens, and I'll and I'll tell
you why, because from day one
you're in school, you are taught
to conform to how other people
think.
You know, you everybody is given
a textbook, and you're sp you're
expected to follow this
textbook.
This teacher is going to teach
you according to the state
curriculum.
Right.
And they have to touch these
things because they teach you to
not think differently.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And when you get
caught up in the thought
process, then you know, they I
remember when we were in school,
they used to tell us to think
outside the box, but you then
they teach you inside the box.
unknown: Right.
SPEAKER_03: You know, I had one
teacher that changed my thought
process that made me believe I
could be anything and do
anything I wanted to do ever.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And his name was Ted
Foster, and he taught me a class
called personal development.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And when you're in
personal development, he teaches
you all the cliche philosophies
and all these things, like uh uh
I'm trying to oh, one of them he
had on the wall was about
perseverance.
SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_03: And on the wall it
had these five pictures.
Had a picture of a guy that uh
uh was standing outside a erect
plane in the desert, way out in
the middle of nowhere.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And he's got he's
got a water bottle in his hand.
And then the next picture is him
walking across the sand dune,
and he's starting to get tired,
and his water bottle's about
half empty.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And then the next
picture was him a little little
he's getting worn out, he's
sunburnt, now he's down to no
water.
And then he gets to the next
one, and in the distance there's
a uh uh like a pond and some
trees, and they call it an
oasis.
He's at the top of this dune.
And at the bottom of that it
says he walked twenty mile or
twenty days across the desert
all this time, and he survived
on one bottle of water.
He gets to the top of this dune,
he sees the oasis where the
water is, and he stops and rests
before he goes down to the oasis
to get more water.
And the elephants come and they
drink all the water, and then
the next picture is the oasis
with him at the top of the dune,
and he's dead.
And it says while resting, he
died.
And so, but here's the and and
everybody that was a big
controversial thing because what
he taught was when you quit
trying to make yourself
successful by thinking outside
the box, yeah, then you have
already died inside.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
A portion of you kind of just
diminishes away.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
And he even he was a football
coach and he was a track coach,
he was a he was a very good
coach.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And one of the
things he always taught was to
persevere.
Persevere this, persevere that,
think differently.
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
SPEAKER_03: And nowadays they
don't allow that anymore.
Like he did that, you know, like
he would actually take all the
baseball team and football team
to his house, he had a big
ranch.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And uh he would
teach us this stuff outside
school.
SPEAKER_00: Well, I can tell you
that uh, you know, on our
journey, taking that, just just
take that first initial step.
Yep.
Because what you're doing is,
and and I've we've talked about
this before.
If you've got some type of
creative genius enjoyment that
lives inside of you, and the
nine to five lifestyle feels
like it's consumed you, and you
keep making excuses of I I can't
find the time to do this or
that.
Right.
If you'll just start with five
minutes a day doing that thing
that you love and enjoy, just
give yourself a five-minute
window and build on that ten
minutes, twelve, you know,
whatever, whatever that section
of time is, right?
You'll come to a place where you
realize, oh, you know what?
I've built up to being able to
do this two hours, three hours a
day.
I can do this all weekend now
because I've figured out how to
find time.
And eventually then what that
does is that gives your psyche
permission.
The chemicals literally change.
Yeah, you're parasympathetic,
your sympathetic nervous system
calms down, everything it
becomes the norm.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: Instead of the
unknown, the monkey mind gets
quieter, everything changes.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And then what
happens is the creative thinking
outside the box becomes easier
and easier to do because now
you've opened up that faucet a
little more, a little more, a
little more to where instead of
it being just a drip, poink,
poink, now it's beginning to
run.
And then it'll full float, and
you'll get to a place where you
wake up one day and you're like,
man, the ideas just keep coming,
and you find yourself staying up
till all hours of the day and
night, creating whatever it is
your passion or your joy is, and
not even realizing that you've
spent that much time on your
joy.
And then if you'll just follow
that next little breadcrumb
voice in your head that says,
okay, now take what you've done,
step outside your comfort zone,
and put that on blah, right.
Whatever.
For me, it was, you know what?
Write that book.
Sit down and write it.
SPEAKER_03: Yep.
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to
post it, you don't have to do
anything with it, but just sit
down and you did.
It was set on the computer for
sat and I wrote it, and then it
sat on the computer for another,
I don't know.
Know a couple of months.
SPEAKER_03: And then your
competitive side came out
because I posted my book first.
SPEAKER_00: And then you posted
yours, and I'm like, oh hell no.
SPEAKER_03: Oh hell no.
SPEAKER_00: We doing this.
He and I like to uh compete a
little bit.
A little bit.
We're right now we're neck and
neck like uh horses at a horse
race on our YouTube trial that
we're we're doing uh an AI
assisted uh marketing blitz uh
on two different channels.
And uh so we're neck and neck.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, totally.
We are and she's sneaking up.
I was I was way up in the lead
and she's keeping up with me.
SPEAKER_00: Snuck up on it.
SPEAKER_03: She did.
She grew up jumped up with a
video that went really high.
SPEAKER_00: But to bring it back
around, you'll you'll come to a
place where you're like, damn,
I'm doing it.
Yeah, I'm doing it.
SPEAKER_04: Yep.
SPEAKER_00: And I uh I mean, and
it just will grow from there,
and it will just grow as long as
you give the nutrition to
whatever that concept is, and
it's joyful and pleasurable,
just taking that one little baby
step and figuring out five
minutes in a day, and stop this
uh cop out bullshit statements
of I don't I have a full-time
job, I don't have time to do
anything I enjoy.
Poor me.
Yep.
Martyr, martyr, poor me.
I've got, you know, 2.5 kids,
I've got a husband, I've got a
full-time job.
Living the reality any time to
go color in my coloring book.
Wow, wow, wow.
Okay, well, then keep living the
reality of the bullshit sandwich
and keep keep packing that
lunch, man.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's what
happens is we, you know, like a
like I said earlier, we we
conform to how we think.
And this is, you know, two of
the biggest things I think that
we get asked a lot.
And this happened the first time
to me it happened uh was in in
Arkansas at Ozark Research
Institution when I was doing the
or reading.
Yeah.
And the girl looked at me and
she's like, I just don't know my
purpose.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_03: And that's one of
the biggest things out there.
That's why our books kind of you
know complement each other.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Because yours tell
you how to create your reality
from the inside.
SPEAKER_00: Yep.
SPEAKER_03: Mine tells you how
to figure out your purpose.
SPEAKER_00: And how to take that
book and market it.
And how to the other book you
wrote.
SPEAKER_03: Right, yeah.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Tells you basically
how to take that book or that
content or that uh thing,
whatever you've created, and
then monetize it.
SPEAKER_03: Totally.
Yeah.
Sales energy method on Amazon.
Get it today.
Anyway, the hey, I dropped it
down on Kindle to four bucks.
SPEAKER_01: So Wow.
SPEAKER_03: And so you can
actually buy the book for four
dollars.
And listen, I know it doesn't
have a table of contents because
I did it on purpose.
SPEAKER_00: All right.
No TOC guys, on purpose.
SPEAKER_03: But anyway, so when
we conform to everybody's
thinking, and then we start
wanting to change, but we don't
know how to think differently.
And so we the human, you know,
the the human subconscious mind,
this is also in one of my
lectures about the positive
mindset, is your subconscious
mind is on autopilot.
Yep.
Your subconscious mind is lazy
and does not want to change.
You have to consciously change
the subconscious thought process
when you identify a pattern by
first being accountable for your
pattern and then jumping into
changing the subconscious
thought on purpose.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so this will
be a place where we pivot just a
bit, and I agree to disagree.
I don't know that it's
completely and totally uh
because your subconscious mind
is lazy.
I think it's lazy.
I think that it has a lot to do
with the fact of having a fear
of the unknown.
SPEAKER_03: It does.
I know that uh well in my book.
SPEAKER_00: Uh listen, I am old
brain, and yes, I read your
book, but it's been a minute.
SPEAKER_03: Well, there's a
section about that, is when you
start working through the
processes and changing your
thought process.
You like how I that starts
happening on something else.
Yeah, I've seen that.
I smelled what you were stepping
in.
But anyway, so you know, do can
she's conforming to the energy
of sandwich.
SPEAKER_00: Isn't there a game
show called Bullshit?
SPEAKER_03: There is.
Well, I don't know if it's still
on, but it was on.
Used to.
SPEAKER_00: Used to be.
SPEAKER_03: Uh what's his name?
Howie Mendel does it.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
Right.
SPEAKER_03: But anyway, so the
processes the of changing that
and not conforming and and
listening to the negative
energy, those are all just
habitual thoughts and habitual
patterns that you're just you
know you're you're putting on
repeat.
SPEAKER_00: Yep, that big oh
have it loop.
SPEAKER_03: The one thing that I
would say that I would suggest,
now I'm gonna get to let you
have your input too, but I would
suggest because I think that
we're gonna give them one thing
on this podcast on how to change
your reality.
And the first thing that I would
say to do is identify what you
are negatively accepting from
others.
That's what I would say would be
my first thought, because I'm a
positive mindset guy.
SPEAKER_00: I think the first
thing well, here's what I do.
The first thing is when I see a
pattern repeating itself that I
don't necessarily care for.
Yeah.
That's the first thing I
recognize.
And I pull that into my
awareness.
Yeah.
And I'm like, okay, question
answer time.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: Is this repeating
itself or is this a one-off
thing?
And what is it where is it
repeating itself at in my life?
Yeah.
And and is it something that I
want to be different?
Is it something I want to
change?
SPEAKER_04: I agree.
SPEAKER_00: And once I get the
answer to those, and if they are
yes, then I've now brought it
into my awareness.
And then I can ask the question,
guys.
Listen, ask your counsel, your
guides, your higher self,
yourself, ask yourself, I need
to know what this is.
I need help.
Show me what this is, and then
be willing to hear the answer
from the fear, right?
SPEAKER_03: No matter how it
comes.
SPEAKER_00: And don't put some
time constraint on it.
SPEAKER_03: Nope.
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, the
answer didn't come like three
o'clock today five minutes, and
so I am broken.
This doesn't work, throw it in
the garbage, fuck my life.
Life is over.
It doesn't work that way.
That's why I say get the
journal, write it down.
Because sometimes if you're not
completely ready or you're
afraid of what the answer might
be, you'll stall yourself out
and it'll take a little bit.
I agree.
It'll take a little bit to get
there.
SPEAKER_03: So perfect.
I think uh I'm complete.
Are you complete?
SPEAKER_00: I am always
complete.
SPEAKER_03: Guys, so thank y'all
for listening, first of all.
SPEAKER_00: Uh second of all
yeah, when I show the video, can
you see?
SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, see?
SPEAKER_00: Look at this shirt.
How beautiful is this shirt.
SPEAKER_03: That is
lucidiumworld.com.
Yeah.
The app that we are creating
when we are any day waiting to
load to uh launch beta.
SPEAKER_00: Coming soon.
SPEAKER_03: So if you go to uh
lucidiumworld.com and uh you can
turn up to sign up to be an
early bird.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
SPEAKER_03: And right now it's
free.
So get jump on it now while it
is free because it is an entire
metaphysical spiritual ecosystem
app.
100% all inclusive.
From practitioners to stores to
gamified functions to because it
is a big game.
Five events.
Right, it's it's a big game.
SPEAKER_00: So pre-recorded,
like workshops, everything.
And then there's a game in there
as well.
SPEAKER_03: And there's a game
as well, and the game is
actually gonna be just as fun as
learning.
SPEAKER_00: And so Yeah,
exactly.
SPEAKER_03: Because you you get
to create an avatar, and then
you're gonna learn potions and
spells and become basically a
little wizard.
What do you call them?
A witch.
I don't want to call it a witch.
SPEAKER_00: A wizardette.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And then down the
road a little metaphysical uh
alchemist.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, alchemist.
That's a good one.
I like that.
You have to get on there early
and get your potions and
everything, and your amlets, uh
uh amlets and your jewelry and
your uh herbs and your cryptid
stuff, and you collect all these
things, and you basically are
powering up your avatar because
there's an arena coming where
you're gonna battle.
SPEAKER_01: Why you're giving it
all away.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, I know.
That's okay.
Because down the road, you're
gonna use all this stuff that
you're collecting and making.
You're gonna bind, you're gonna
mine crystals, you're gonna uh
grow herbs, yeah, you're gonna
you're gonna go hunting for
Bigfoot, all sorts of things on
this app.
SPEAKER_00: And the premise
behind it is is to teach people
still the same concept I always
teach.
Think outside the box, look at
your belief systems, become
aware, yeah, find out what
belief systems you want to keep,
which ones you want to dissolve,
which ones you want to update,
and rewrite your operating
system.
SPEAKER_03: Yes, 100% agree.
SPEAKER_00: The app helps still
walk you through that in a very
fun, childlike way.
Because I'm telling you right
now, healing is quicker, more
efficient when you incorporate
lightheartedness, childlike
manner, and your imagination and
thinking outside the box.
SPEAKER_03: Right.
And just remember that true
inner whole wealth, wellness,
and health incorporates learning
new thought processes and
patterns and different ways of
thinking that will create
successful no matter what you
define that as.
SPEAKER_01: Yep.
SPEAKER_03: And so check it out.
Go to Lucidiumworld.com and if
you can't find it, you can go to
www.the Merckcenters.org and
click on uh our work, and you'll
see and you can click on the uh
app and it'll take you app page
and it'll take you to because uh
we all developed.
Yeah.
And you should check out why
you're on there, the Jindan
Yoga.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03: Jenny and a friend
of ours has created.
SPEAKER_00: We went in together
and co-founded a new yoga
technique that uh combines the
yoga and the meridian energy
work so that we can get deep
cleansing and healing uh from
trauma and energy uh release.
SPEAKER_03: As you can tell, I
do a lot of yoga.
SPEAKER_00: And it is uh it's
it's a beautiful concept.
Yeah.
It gets both of those and and it
gets deep release from all that
uh energy.
SPEAKER_03: It is a everybody
that everybody that experiences
it says, wow, this is what was
missing.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
So absolutely.
SPEAKER_03: Um it's great.
And if you're listening, um next
Wednesday, go on the website and
subscribe on the website because
next Wednesday we're gonna do a
free class down on the beach.

SPEAKER_00: Here at Daytona,
yeah.

SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we're gonna
record it.

perk that you're gonna get while
you're there.
