SPEAKER_00: Good morning,
everybody.
Welcome back to the Spiritual
Grind.
We are here today in Daytona
Beach.
How about a great it's been some
beautiful weather.
SPEAKER_03: Good morning.
SPEAKER_00: There's Dr.
Ginny sneaking in from the back.
Good morning.
SPEAKER_03: Good morning.
So I have a great topic.
SPEAKER_00: I have a great topic
today.
Ooh, do tell this is something
that you know for the grinders
out there that listen is part of
our life, and it is something
that in our reality that is that
we deal with on a daily basis.
And I see a lot of people that
deal with it as well.
And that is societal
distraction.
And let me let me de dive a
little bit into this.
SPEAKER_04: Deve into it.
SPEAKER_00: You know, when
you're promoting a business
online, you you have to get on
Instagram and Facebook and all
that stuff.
And you have a million things
that you have to tag together
because, you know, that's how
you grow your listeners and
those things.
And since I've been engaged more
in Instagram and Facebook, I've
seen a lot of these things going
on that are conspiracy theories
and societal distractions.
And why that's the real purpose
of this podcast is why do we,
first of all, allow the
distractions.
And second of all, why would
society be distracting us?
It's a it could be a very, very
deep topic today.
You know, like there's the main
conspiracy that's going around
right now, there's two things.
One is the the Charlie Kirk
murder.
You know, they're they're saying
it's conspiracy theories, and
there's all these videos that
come up that that he was a
Freemason and blah blah blah
blah blah blah, this other
stuff.
And you know, and then the other
one is these videos are starting
to resurface of the 9-11
attacks.
So you gotta ask yourself why.
First of all, why do you allow
yourself to get sucked into that
trap?
And second of all, why would
society be distracting us?
SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
Why do you?
SPEAKER_00: I don't Well, you
know, we had a conversation
about conspiracy theories the
other day.
SPEAKER_04: We did that you
activated.
I don't.
I don't even I listen to what
you bring to the table a lot of
times, but I I mean I'm I'm just
digging it, yeah.
I'm just having fun.
It's all good.
Yeah.
Um everybody has something that
they like to play with and toy
with.
I think it's a little bit
different for me personally,
because I have a different
viewpoint of the whole
mechanism.
SPEAKER_00: And uh that's why
I'm bringing it to the table so
you can give your viewpoint to
the grinders out there.
SPEAKER_04: I get it.
It's not time yet, though.
Continue on.
SPEAKER_00: So the the part of
it for me is I was sitting there
watching all this stuff and all
these shenanigans and all these
so-called experts, and they have
all this stuff that they do and
can do and know and blah blah
blah blah blah.
And you just stop and say to
yourself, is this really what we
should be paying attention to?
Is it really what we need to be
paying attention to?
Because the reality is, is yeah,
like Charlie Kirk, he was a very
well-known online influencer and
and held expos and conventions
all over the world and very well
known.
And uh he was a great podcaster.
You know, he spoke his truth,
and that's what we're about, is
speaking truth and allowing it
our own version, having free
speech and having the ability to
do and say whatever we want to
do because of our constitutional
rights.
And that's what he kind of
enforced was constitutional
rights and those things.
But his death.
So we when we talk about his
death, and you see all these
conspiracy theories, do I
believe any of this stuff?
Heck, I don't know.
I don't really know.
I just know I wasted 30 minutes
of my time looking at stupid
stuff.
SPEAKER_04: What do you mean?
SPEAKER_00: And looking at the
conspiracies behind it and
watching it on little 30 second
videos over and over and over.
And I at the end of that 30
minutes, I looked at myself
like, what are you doing?
You're an idiot.
Why are you even paying
attention to this?
Well because it don't really
matter in the big scheme of
things.
SPEAKER_04: I mean, for
yourself, yeah.
Why, why is a good question.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Why why that's what
is it triggering?
What is it pointing to?
What is it mirroring?
What does it represent?
There's some reason why it
caught your attention.
There's some reason why you and
you brought yourself to the
table as uh uh an example.
Right.
So that's why I'm using you.
There's some reason why it's
held your attention for a
minute, him specifically.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I've been
watching him for a while.
SPEAKER_04: And so you're, I
mean, you're right.
What asking yourself why,
because otherwise, if if it
wasn't triggering something,
mirroring something,
symbolically pointing to
something else, you would not it
wouldn't even phase you.
It'd just be another little
short that you flip through and
it's no big deal.
And you listen to the content to
see if it's uh something useful
or not.
And if it's not, just grow a
lawn.
So why for you does he hold such
a big point of attraction right
now in your bubble?
SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, I
have it uh I I have I've kind of
veered away from it since I've
had this thought in my head.
But the point of it for me is is
like you just said, it's why am
I am I giving this my time?
And I would challenge everybody
out there to stop and ask
yourself, why are you giving
your thoughts and your time to
that when you could be using it
elsewhere?
Because in my thought process I
know that things happen and
things are there, but it's all
human.
And so on the big scheme of
things, this reality in this
realm is not dictated by what
you see on TikTok.
It's dictated from what's inside
of you.
SPEAKER_04: Maybe maybe we can
we can dive in and break it
down.
Break her down and and see what
we can do.
Break it down.
See what we come up with.
Because in even in the big
scheme of things, uh we'll use
what's his name?
Charlie Cock.
SPEAKER_00: Charlie Kirk.
SPEAKER_04: Kirk.
I don't even know who the guy
is.
We use him as an example, and
we'll use you an example.
There's some reason why it it
rang your bell.
And your higher self, your
counsels, your spirit guides,
any of that, your intuition, all
of that that's guiding and
directing you along your path,
all along the way of your whole
entire life existence, is doing
things for reasons.
They don't just do things
randomly to laugh at you or to
just get a kick out of it.
They're guiding you through.
So if it has your attention
right this moment, then it's
trying to show you something.
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
SPEAKER_04: It's either trying
to show you something in your
beliefs and patterns and
programs that it's time to look
at and maybe redefine or
consider leveling up or
something.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: Or it's triggering
some sort of personal experience
that left some sort of trauma
space, and it may be time to
look at that for further
healing.
Or you may just find that it's
interesting and it's a joy to
listen to that and to play the
game of Sherlock Holmes and see
if you can figure it out.
Like it may be a point of
enjoyment, and and that's why
you're doing it.
SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, uh, I've
always been the investigative
kind of I like to investigate
and figure out problems.
That's kind of been me for most
of my life.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
So when you ask yourself why,
don't I would advise not to
judge why am I wasting time on
this stupid shit?
It served some sort of purpose
or it wouldn't be in your
reality.
And if it's in your reality and
it's got your attention, then
it's there for a reason.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's parts
of it that really grab my
attention.
And you know, we've preached for
a long time that this reality is
just a hologram.
It's just, you know, it's all
fake, it's all what we create.
And a lot of this in this is
saying it's movie and theatrical
and it's holographic and it's
you know, all of this stuff, and
so you're kind of like, hmm,
yeah, it could be, you know, it
could be, it could not be.
Who c uh but the the point
behind it for me is you're
right.
It why are the beliefs within me
allowing me to be engaged in
this thing?
And this is what I'm that's what
the challenge is out there to
listeners, is identify those
things in your life that are
just time wasters.
And if you're doing it on
purpose, that's one thing.
But if you catch yourself 30
minutes into doing something
like I did and say, What have I
been wasting my time doing?
SPEAKER_04: You know, there's
something there's you know, time
wasting and judging it as time
wasting is a two-fold
perspective as well.
It would not have come into your
reality unless it was something
that needed your awareness.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_04: And if you were not
meant to spend some time with
it, it wouldn't be taking your
time.
You would not give it your time.
SPEAKER_00: Agreed.
SPEAKER_04: Unless you have
things that are on your plate,
on your to-do list that you
don't want to do, or you're
overwhelmed and don't know what
to do, you'll find things to
distract you from that
subconsciously.
So you gotta identify okay, am I
in that overwhelmed state and
I'm distracting myself
subconsciously, so I don't have
to go deal with this, this, and
this because I don't know how,
or I feel overwhelmed, deer in
the headlight feeling, then yes,
it's not necessarily a
beneficial thing and catching
yourself doing it and bringing
yourself back around and saying,
Okay, you know what?
Let me take one thing at a time.
I'll feel better if I get it
done and get it off the to-do
list one little baby step at a
time, then yes, it deserves
judgment.
SPEAKER_00: So to clarify,
you're saying that uh I'm using
that as a distraction because I
have a lot of stuff I'm doing?
SPEAKER_04: No, I'm giving you
possible options of why it is in
your reality and breaking those
down.
So to clarify, it is either in
your reality because it's time
for something to be brought to
your awareness that your guides
and counsel are trying to bring
to your awareness that's
attached to a belief pattern or
program or circumstance or event
that needs your attention.
Okay.
B you are um it's it's in your
reality, and you're looking at
you're trying to be shown some
sort of trauma emotion.
SPEAKER_00: I just said I don't
ever have to silence my phone.
SPEAKER_04: But the funny thing
is, I went ahead and put it on
airplane mode.
So how did that get through?
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I don't know.
That's crazy.
SPEAKER_04: Well, see, remember
back in the day we used to use
our phone noise as a clearing
bell.
SPEAKER_00: We did.
You're right.
SPEAKER_04: Because it's on
airplane.
I went ahead and did it even
though you told me and I said
that.
SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
Um thank you, Spirit.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
So just by talking about it as
you see, things clear out of the
way.
Or C, subconsciously, you're
using it as a distraction um
because you don't want to deal
with whatever you've got going
on.
I wasn't saying it was one or
both or all or any of that.
I was just giving you
possibilities of why we do what
we do.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: And so then I went
down the distraction part of it
and kind of define that a little
clearer is why do we distract
ourselves with time wasting kind
of things that are not really
getting us where we need to go?
And sometimes that can be
because you're feeling
overwhelmed with the tasks at
hand.
Yeah, sometimes following your
joy feels fun, but then there's
parts of that that don't feel so
fun.
Like, for example, I love
writing articles, I love getting
that out, but editing it is not
the funnest part of that for me.
SPEAKER_00: Agree.
SPEAKER_04: I would love to just
hand that off to somebody, they
edit it.
We used to do that, bring it
back to me if it needs more
content or whatever.
So I will find myself leaving
the editing until the very last
stinking minute.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: Because I don't
necessarily like that.
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
SPEAKER_04: So there are days
where I have to make myself say,
okay, you know what?
Today's task day, we're gonna
put a smile on our face, put our
big girl panties on, and get our
tasks done because it feels
better when my plate's empty.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: So you may be Yeah,
but when your plate's empty, my
plate gets full.
Yeah, when my inbox gets empty,
your inbox gets full.
Yeah.
Right.
Uh, so you may be distracting
yourself because you're kind of
in that overwhelm state of these
things are not joyful.
So I don't really have a desire
or a motivating nudge to get
them done.
And then you let them pile up to
where they feel overwhelming.
SPEAKER_00: Well, that really
doesn't resonate with me because
I don't feel well, that's fine.
SPEAKER_04: I'm just explaining
it to the listeners on how that
might happen subconsciously.
So just to reiterate, if it's in
your reality, it's there for a
reason.
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
SPEAKER_04: Figuring out what
the reason is, it is either
triggering you to deal with some
traumatic sore that needs
continued healing.
Yeah.
It's a belief that maybe is
ready to be cleaned up at the
next layer, onion layer.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: Or it's a time
waster because you got a bunch
of shit on your to-do list
that's not fun.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree.
Yeah.
You know, that's what I do every
morning when I wake up, is I get
up at five o'clock in the
morning.
I fix me a cup of coffee.
Generally, I get up around five
here.
Lately, I've been kind of
sleeping in a little bit.
I kind of like it.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: I got in such a
routine of getting up early all
of my life that it's hard to
sleep past five or five thirty.
I I spend time with myself and I
look at my whatever it is that's
come up in my reality that I
need to look at and address and
and focus on.
And then I spend most of my
morning distracting myself while
my higher self works on whatever
I'm bringing to my reality, and
then normally something pops up
that says, Bing, this is what
we're working on.
And and so that's how my morning
goes.
And I catch myself in those
times in between um looking at
stuff to distract my mind.
And allowing my subconscious
higher self to do the work.
SPEAKER_04: Well, and some of it
is a distraction, but we use,
and I say we meaning uh society.
You got a mouth in your pocket.
No.
We I said we we.
We we as I study humans and
their behaviors, what I notice
is that we all use different
modalities to let the intuitive
information come through.
And there are times when people
watch the videos and they're
like, oh, you know what?
I watched this little short and
this is what came up for me.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: Because that's the
way you can hear the information
the best at that moment.
So higher self, council members,
whatever spiritually will bring
you the messages in the best way
that you can hear them and
understand them on whatever
frequency wave it can find for
you at that moment.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_04: Be it whether you
read it in a book and the book
fell off the shelf, be it a
TikTok video, be it a YouTube
video, be it a radio station, a
billboard sign, a podcast,
depending on where your
frequency is on the topic and
what you've asked for or what is
coming up to be looked at
depends on the type and modality
by which they bring the message
because they have to match the
frequency of the thing,
otherwise you won't see it.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: It's kind of like um
if you have an issue or a
problem that holds a low
frequency, and the solution
doesn't live at that same
frequency.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: So if you're
confused about something and you
see it as a problem or an issue,
you can't find the solution in
the same place that you find
yourself in the problem.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I get it.
SPEAKER_04: So that's why we
teach that you've got to stop
and soften the problem, soften
the focus of the issue so that
you can raise your frequency and
allow the solution at a
different frequency to come in
and align with it.
So you watch the videos because
that's a frequency that it's
been brought in on.
SPEAKER_00: I I agree with you.
And it's like uh for me, that is
it used to be when I would work
with my hands in the wood
chopper, you know, building
things, I would use that time to
really spiritually check in with
myself.
It was kind of my little
meditation.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And that's what I've
done now, but I've kind of
switched that over to where I
meditate with my mind while my
higher self is working.
And it is a very dedicated time
for me.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Um uh when I get up
in the morning, I like that that
quiet space, nobody else's
energy.
I like that time to myself.
Or anybody, you know, used to be
anybody.
I mean, where we where we
previously we were at, there was
hundreds of people there all the
time.
And so I had to get up that and
get that because I never got
quiet time.
And so my and my quiet time is
very important to me, just like
yours is.
We know you get your quiet time.
When I go take a shower, you get
your little time.
That's right.
Um, it is uh it's a great cycle.
And so within all that, I use
these things to distract my
mind.
And I would challenge everybody,
by the way, to spend an hour by
yourself every single day.
It's a great time.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I definitely
would suggest if you're not at a
place where you can find an
hour, start with 15 minutes and
build up to 20 or 30.
Uh, and really, like you said,
really find that pocket of time
where you can just sit with
yourself quietly.
With your own energy, quiet no
TV, no other people's energy.
SPEAKER_00: Like when I get up
at five, it's completely dark.
There ain't nobody around, and
there's not even any noise.
It's quiet.
I like it.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
Because that way you can hear
your own frequency, you can hear
your own your own energy.
Yeah.
You can feel it.
SPEAKER_00: It's a very big time
for clarity for me.
SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00: Now, why you started
using these videos because it
used to be I would sit and just
play games or something, you
know.
Um, and here lately I've been
doing these videos because of
the engagement that we've had on
Instagram lately.
And using Instagram, uh, it's
kind of for me too, another part
of it is that I enjoy is is I I
realize it teaches me um
contrast.
SPEAKER_04: Oh, do tell.
SPEAKER_00: Like it teaches me
that I don't have to live in
that environment, or I can live
in that environment.
So I have balance within it
because once it came to my
awareness, it was like, okay, so
why was I doing that?
Oh, I get it.
Because it's teaching me the
reality by which I don't want,
so I know the reality by which I
do want.
SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, kind of
like a little pop quiz.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's kind of
like uh throwing it out there in
my reality.
And so not everything, because
this is one thing that I hear a
lot when we work and talk to
people, is this happened to me,
or this happened to me, or this
happened to me.
And those are just little tests.
This it doesn't mean that you
created that in your reality.
SPEAKER_04: Or that you're doing
anything wrong.
SPEAKER_00: You're doing
anything wrong.
It just means that's a little
pop quiz that you give yourself
that is thrown into your
reality, and it's not that it's
happening to you, you say this
all the time, but it's it's
happening for you.
SPEAKER_04: For you.
That's that's right.
SPEAKER_00: And so, like this
morning when I was sitting out
there, I got about five minutes
into my into that my Instagram.
I was like, you know what?
I am not doing this today.
And so I went to playing my game
and and goofing off, and then
about ten minutes later, this
overwhelming joy of appreciation
came over.
Yeah, came over me about uh
everything that we're
accomplishing in our life and
how we're helping so many people
every day.
And you know, it it's we get
thanked all the time for helping
people.
It happened this morning.
I get I get two text messages
this morning thanking me for
helping people and for helping
them.
And that's all we do it for.
Like everybody says, Oh my god,
you're so incredible.
You guys are so nice, and blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I'm like, that's just us.
It's not that we don't we don't
need you telling us thank you.
SPEAKER_04: Right, but it's a
good reminder.
SPEAKER_00: It is, it's an
appreciation, and they they
should hold that in their and we
have to be respectful of their
right.
SPEAKER_04: Not only that, but
if you're not accepting the
appreciation when it's directed
towards you, you're not allowing
them to give appreciation and
buying the frequency of
appreciation.
Right.
SPEAKER_01: No, I agree.
SPEAKER_04: And uh, you know, so
that's just as important to be
receptive of the appreciation
that's being given because
you're allowing that person to
learn what the frequency of
appreciation is, yes, because
that's a very high vibrational,
vibrational place to be.
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
SPEAKER_04: Appreciation is
right up there with that love
and and all of that.
SPEAKER_00: Kind of our podcast
on laughter, it's right there
with it.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
It's very, very high frequency
appreciation.
And so if they're giving
appreciation to us and the
things that we do, that's them
kind of putting on their
training wheels or reminding
themselves to be in the
vibration of appreciation.
SPEAKER_00: And that's where the
the podcast to me is kind of
leading is into the um accepting
the contrast of things and
understanding that if you don't,
you know, everybody says, My
life is but I've heard this too,
my life is such a roller coaster
or it's a yo-yo, or it's
whatever, it's always up and
down, it's never solid.
And the reality of it is if
everybody had the perfectly
level life and they did the same
thing every single day, we were
little robots, everybody would
be completely bored with their
life.
And so you are creating a world
of contrast because you have to
have the experiences based on
your contract.
SPEAKER_04: That's the piece
that you want to embrace and and
acknowledge is we came to this
planet Earth because it is an
amazing platform to be able to
experience so many different
variations and versions of
contrast for growth.
Yep, that I mean, we there's no
better place to do that because
there are so many, it's a it's
just a buffet of contrast.
SPEAKER_01: What a big word.
Some people go to the buffet a
lot.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean, you
get to go through literally a
buffet line and you get to just
all you can eat what what you
want to experience.
And so if you've got some, you
know, little corner of your
process that's not quite clear
to you, you may go and have a
little bit of an experience as a
a reminder.
Oh, yeah, you know what?
I'm gonna go back and retaste
mustard because I don't remember
what it tastes like.
And you put it on your burger
and you're like, yeah, you know
what?
No, I don't like that.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: So I'm gonna leave
that off and I'm gonna stick
with my mayonnaise, ketchup, or
nothing.
SPEAKER_00: And so the
contrastal, contrastual
contrast, con the contrast of
conspiracy theories and those
kind of things that you see.
SPEAKER_04: Are you trying to
say contractual?
SPEAKER_00: No, contrast I can't
even say it.
It'll matter.
SPEAKER_04: It's because there's
a word.
SPEAKER_00: The contrast.
SPEAKER_04: The contrastal
contrastual.
SPEAKER_00: It's not a word.
It's my word.
I can have it.
There's no rules.
I can have my own rule.
James ism.
Somebody look at my own
dictionary.
If you don't like it, then don't
listen to it.
SPEAKER_04: Somebody look up
that word.
Contrast.
SPEAKER_00: You can say
contractual.
Why can't you say contrasttual?
SPEAKER_04: Contractual.
That's a different word.
SPEAKER_00: It is a different
word.
It's got one letter different.
C.
It's got a C instead of an S.
It's the exact same word.
It's even spelled the same.
SPEAKER_04: Contrastural.
Contractual.
SPEAKER_00: But this is the
conspiracy theories for me is a
is a contrast in my reality that
makes me realize the bounce back
of things that I do.
Are those there for a
distraction?
Yes, but they're not there for
what you think they're there
for.
The contrast within them isn't
the is the distraction itself
for your reality.
And you can engage in them all
you want.
That's perfectly fine.
But in the it stop and ask
yourself, does this really
affect my life?
That's what I did.
Does this really affect my life?
Is this really part of what I
want to do?
SPEAKER_04: Well, and two, this
is one of the things I see
people trip up on.
They think that they've worked
on a belief, they get it cleared
up, and then they still have an
experience that's very similar,
that's not quite comfortable.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: And they think, oh
my God, I did it wrong, or I
didn't do it right, or I'm doing
something wrong.
I didn't get all the belief
cleared out.
And the truth of that is that
there is gap time.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: There's there's
gonna be little pop quizzes.
Okay, so you wanted a non-drama
life in this section.
Let me give you this little
brief experience just to make
sure that's what you wanted.
And uh so just because it
doesn't change instantaneously
doesn't mean you did it wrong.
Right.
It means the energy's gotta have
time to spin down and spin out.
It means that you're gonna give
be given additional
opportunities to finalize your
selection, so to speak.
And then it's gonna you're I say
it, it's you putting together
this chain of events.
Yeah, you're gonna give yourself
little pop quizzes to test
yourself, yeah.
To see if you've changed the
habit within it, because you
see, once you've created a
belief around something, then
you automatically create a habit
because the the mind wants to be
on autopilot as much as
possible, because that's easy.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: So once you create a
belief, then you go
subconsciously into like a habit
that becomes then second nature,
uh autopilot kind of thing.
Right.
Well, when you go in and you
update your processing system
and you redefine or eliminate
beliefs that no longer serve
you, if you don't go then and
look at the habit, which is now
an autopilot, especially if
you've been doing it for several
years, then the same types of
scenarios may continue to pop
up.
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
SPEAKER_04: So then you've got
to go back and say, okay, did
all of the habit get changed?
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
So uh for example, if you want
less gossip going on in your
bubble and you redefined the
belief that okay, um gossip
doesn't make life exciting and
fun, right?
Like uh one of my guardians used
to live there.
Um a parent.
My mother loved to be part of
the gossip world, so I learned
that from her.
Yeah.
So I gotta see what the
neighbors are doing.
I gotta see what the people at
the bridge club are doing, and I
live in this world of a gossip
loop.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_04: When you get older
and you decide, you know what, I
I don't really like that crap.
You redefine the belief, and
it's clean and clear now that
you don't want that.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: But then if you
didn't go in and you don't
consciously aware of your habit,
and you keep going to the water
hole where all the gossip
happens and not catch yourself
being there, or you keep finding
yourself going to the group
who's standing around gossiping
at work or whatever, and you
continue the habit, right?
Then and you're not aware of it
and you don't catch it and you
don't make yourself start
changing it, then you're still
kind of holding on to that
energy loop through the habits.
That's why I say beliefs,
patterns, and programs, because
the patterns, aka habits have to
be addressed as well.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: They you've got to
you've got to address the
beliefs, you've got to get those
rewritten, you've got to address
the habits, and then any
programming, which is shit
you're reading on TV, the the
people you're hanging around
with that keep telling you the
same crap, the words you're
telling yourself.
So that's the big one.
That's programming that I talk
about when I say beliefs,
patterns, and programming.
You've got to start changing the
programming.
Stop telling yourself I'm broke
or I'm I'm old or I'm old or
whatever that nonsense is.
SPEAKER_00: I've heard that one
a lot.
I'm not smart.
SPEAKER_04: If you go in and
delete the belief, but you're
still doing the habit and you're
still programming yourself with
the words coming out of your own
damn mouth, right?
You might as well just not even
bother.
SPEAKER_00: That's correct.
Yep.
Which is gonna be a step-by-step
process I release in my new
book, by the way.
Nice.
The other part of that that I
want to add to is make the have
make sure everybody understands
the one thing.
That contrast in your life is
very much normal.
How you perceive that contrast
is where you have to look at
your beliefs.
SPEAKER_04: That's right.
Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00: Because your
perception of your the the
perception of your contrast that
you that you actually view or
pay attention to is bringing to
your reality because there's
millions of contrast-ual I said
the word again.
Contrastural situations that pop
up in your day.
SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00: But not everything
gets your attention.
SPEAKER_04: That's right.
SPEAKER_00: So when you when it
does get your attention, you
have to say, hmm.
Why?
SPEAKER_04: That's right.
SPEAKER_00: And figure out why
in that is do I need to look at
what contrast am I trying to
experience here?
SPEAKER_04: Right.
Why what is it showing me?
What is it symbolizing?
What is it mirroring to me?
Why did it grab my attention?
You're exactly right.
SPEAKER_00: And that's what I
did when this when I would after
30 minutes sitting there, I was
like, why am I doing this?
It grabbed my attention.
And then so I was like, okay,
because there are thousands
times a day I get distracted by
something.
But it's it's not not always a
contrast either.
It's sometimes it's just like
I'm distracted.
And so don't hold yourself
accountable for having contrast
until you perceive it
differently.
You don't like that comment?
SPEAKER_04: I so you always hold
yourself accountable.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Well don't don't
judge yourself wrong or right.
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I used the
wrong word there.
SPEAKER_04: And so I think I
think we I think it would be
better to clean that up.
So say what you said again.
SPEAKER_00: So don't what I said
in exactly the same way.
Okay, so I said don't hold
yourself accountable for the
perception of your contrast of
your experience until you until
you change the perception on it.
SPEAKER_04: And so when you so
holding yourself accountable,
you've got to hold yourself
accountable.
If you don't, then you'll
convince yourself that it's like
like like you don't have to be
responsible.
SPEAKER_00: Well, where I was
going with that was is
identifying why.
Then hold yourself accountable
for the why behind it.
Oh, okay, so I get it.
Now I understand why this
contrast is in my life, why this
distraction is there, so to
speak.
And then then look at the
perception and the beliefs
behind it.
Why did I perceive it this way?
And what are my beliefs that are
causing me to perceive this
contrast in this way when it's
just an experience?
SPEAKER_04: Right.
So I think a better way, and
this is just my opinion, I think
a better way to go about it
would be acknowledge it, which
makes you still stay accountable
because if if you teach yourself
that you don't always have to
hold yourself accountable, you
can get into some mucky water if
you're not careful.
Oh, mucky water.
You then you've got to discern
when it's okay to not hold
yourself accountable and when
you must hold yourself
accountable.
Right.
And if you lose the
accountability, then you give
yourself a place to hide
whenever you are doing things
that are not beneficial for you.
SPEAKER_01: Agreed.
SPEAKER_04: So I I would say you
always hold yourself
accountable, but you don't
necessarily make any reactive or
responsive movements or actions
until you evaluate your
perspective of it.
SPEAKER_00: Agreed.
Agreed.
SPEAKER_04: That would be a
better plan to me.
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I know I agree.
SPEAKER_04: So if you're
experiencing a situation and you
notice that it's uncomfortable,
or you're having uh an
experience of contrast that you
don't necessarily prefer, stop
and ask yourself, okay, what
perspective am I looking, what
lens am I looking at this
through?
Why is this uncomfortable to me?
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: That keeps you
accountable and it keeps you
aware and it keeps you in that
place of being able to see it
when it happens, but then it it
will it will stop and provoke
you to ask questions of, okay,
wait a minute, why did that make
me feel a certain way?
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Why why do I care?
What it it obviously jiggered
something around inside of me,
right?
And that's what you look at.
Then you go a little deeper and
you say, okay, well, am I
looking at this with a clear
perspective, or is my
perspective skewed a little bit?
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: And if it's skewed a
little bit, is it because you're
pulling from an old file from a
past experience that made it
uncomfortable?
SPEAKER_05: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Are you still
holding on to beliefs that are
maybe entangled with other
things?
Or is it just a pop quiz that
says, hey, we just wanted to
test to see if you had gotten
rid of or redefined the beliefs.
You're working on your habits
and you're not letting the
programs be uh implanted.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
No, I I am completely on board
with you.
And there's one thing I think we
need to touch on.
SPEAKER_03: Sure.
SPEAKER_00: Is when that
contrast comes into your
reality, most of the time you
don't perceive it or when that
distraction or contrast comes
in.
You don't perceive it wrong
unless there's an emotion
attached to it.
And that's when your emotional
guidance systems is is your way
to navigate your life that
you've been given.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And so if it creates
an emotion, like on these some
of these conspiracy theories,
I've seen people they'll reply
anger or sadness or whatever.
If it's bringing up an emotion,
that's when that's when you need
to stop and say, okay, wait a
minute, why am I why is this
making me angry?
This is a video on a phone or a
video on a computer that you
don't even know if it's real or
not.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
SPEAKER_00: Why is it making me
angry?
Why is it making me sad?
Why is it making me upset?
Because that's what brings it
into your true reality and your
perception of what's going on.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because I
mean, if it's a topic that, say,
for example, brings you sadness,
is it bringing you sadness
because you experienced a
similar situation that did make
you sad?
Um, perhaps because you perceive
uh the situation differently.
Is it something that made you
angry?
And anger is a good one.
So if you if it if it triggered
anger in you and you dig around
deep in it, were you in a
similar situation and it
embarrassed you, or it made you
feel like you were treated
unjustly, or something like that
that would provoke anger, then
you dive in and you deal with
that.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: And you figure out
what are your beliefs around
just behavior.
SPEAKER_00: You know, for me,
they're talking about these
conspiracy theory videos.
For me, the emotion that came up
within me was mistrust.
SPEAKER_04: Oh, trust is a big
one.
SPEAKER_00: And I I was you
know, because I don't trust I
learned a long time ago, very
long time ago, you don't trust
everything you see on TV or
anything you see on the
internet, or you don't trust
everything you read on the
internet.
And I was trying to build that
up because we're putting stuff
out on the internet, and I want
people to be able to trust what
we say.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And so it it created
a contrastial moment for me.
I used it again that caused an
emotion of mistrust.
Like I don't trust what these
people are putting out.
I don't and so how are people
gonna trust ours?
And so I had to work through
that belief system.
SPEAKER_04: Uh yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And and I'm not
telling you that I'm not telling
anybody out there that that
we're 100% right about anything.
But what I am telling you is is
there's ways of figuring out
what's right by the processes by
which we give you.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
And they work for us.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
And they and they do work 100%
for us.
SPEAKER_04: You build your own
trust.
SPEAKER_00: This thought process
turned my life around too.
SPEAKER_04: Testing.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: Does this work for
me?
And if it doesn't, file 13 in
man.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04: But don't uh not try
it.
SPEAKER_00: Right, I agree.
And and just know this, I think,
is is the last thing I would
touch on with the grinders
today.
Is that the result that comes
out of this stuff once you look
at it, is okay.
Whatever it is that you're
working on, you know, don't get
mad at yourself for getting mad
about it if it pops back up in
your reality.
Um just trust in the process and
look at the belief or the
emotion that causes the belief
or the belief that causes the
emotion behind it.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: And it's okay.
It is okay.
You know, we're here for the
experience of life.
We're here to add to the
collective consciousness for in
this in this realm, and then we
we jump back and forth in
dimensions, and you know, we
teach each dimension everything
that we bring with us.
And it's okay to have those
experiences.
It's okay to have that contrast
in your life.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because you
know, even saying I'm having a
human perspective in it, that's
another topic that we'll have to
come at.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's a big
one.
Exactly.
We we do it our I mean, I I do
it all the time.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's it's a
it's an excuse because you're
judging some.
Yeah, you're giving yourself an
excuse to have an emotional.
That's the point of this whole
game.
Yep.
And if you're judging yourself,
you're making it okay by saying,
Oh, I was being so human in that
moment.
That really is saying to
yourself inside that you're
judging that as right and wrong
or not doing it perfectly or
correctly or accurately.
So just be careful with that.
I got asked at it.
SPEAKER_00: I got asked the
other day is how how are you and
I so confident in our
spiritualism?
SPEAKER_04: And it's pretty so
confident.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, how are we so
confident?
And I I can identify that, and I
wouldn't throw this in because I
know the person that asked me
listens.
And it's very simple is when you
go through these processes the
way we teach you guys, then you
get this inner confidence inside
of you.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you so
confidence comes from doing
seeing the results and getting
validation for the results.
Yes.
That builds confidence.
SPEAKER_00: Yep, I agree.
SPEAKER_04: And so just like
with your intuition, very
similar to like a new job.
When you first go to your new
job, you're not confident and
you're uncertain, and there's an
unknown.
But the as each day passes and
you learn more about your job,
and you're able to do those
tasks perfectly and beautifully
and correctly, time and time
again, to where they're just
natural, you know them like you
know the back of your hand,
you're very confident in your
job and your ability to do it.
Correct, especially if you've
been doing it for years and some
new person comes in, your
confidence really shines through
because you're like, Yeah, this
is easy.
I I'm fully confident in my job.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Well, our spiritual
practice is no different when
when you have to remember, you
and I both have been doing this
since we were we ones.
Yes, right.
And uh the more you practice it,
the more you're given validation
by your higher self, and you are
you allow those frequencies and
those experiences to come in and
you get validation, the more
confident that you're gonna be,
and nobody can shake that from
you.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Because
unfortunately, we're a seeing is
believing crowd.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_04: And so you'll test
yourself and you'll you'll go
along your practice, especially
if you're new, looking for
validation.
And that's when that ball, that
book, for example, will pop off
the shelf and give you exactly
the script that you needed to
read when you're toggling around
a topic in your head, or that
feather will be on the ground in
front of you that represents,
hey, you're on the right path,
or uh a hello from your spirit
guides.
Yeah.
Right.
So for me, I use the feather.
Right.
And and whenever one comes
across my path, it's either A
telling me, Yep, you're on the
right path, keep going, or it's
a hey, hello, we're still with
you.
SPEAKER_05: Right.
SPEAKER_04: That's what I use
the feather for.
SPEAKER_05: Great.
SPEAKER_04: And so anytime I am
subconsciously questioning any
either one of those two topics,
every single time I'll get a
feather.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
Yesterday you got one.
SPEAKER_04: I did.
And and so it's just that
represents to me.
So that's how we get confident
in anything, not just our
spiritual beliefs, is that
whenever you practice them
enough and you get enough
validation, you begin to believe
that.
SPEAKER_01: Agreed.
SPEAKER_04: All all across the
board, not just in certain
topics.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: Because there are
some topics that we still I I
can only speak for myself.
There are a few topics that I'm
still kind of wobbly in.
Um on an occasion, I still need
clarification on, but I am a
pretty big stickler and very
confident in my abilities to
interact and communicate with my
guides and my counsels and my
body.
SPEAKER_00: Right.
No, it's practice.
I agree.
It takes practice and
validation.
SPEAKER_04: Right.
You find a process that works
for you, you do your process.
That's another thing that I
think we do consistently that we
don't let the outside world
interfere with is our personal
process and our joint process.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: You know, like in
the mornings we sit and have our
coffee talk as a as a unit, a
you and I, but then like you
were describing earlier, we have
our own individual process.
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
SPEAKER_04: To where we get 30
minutes or an hour alone time to
just work our own individual
process, and we do that every
single day.
And for me, I've been doing that
every single day for 40 years.
SPEAKER_00: Mine was on and off
for a while.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, there's there
were moments where I strayed
away from it, small snippets,
but overall, collectively, I
would say I for a good 40 years
of that time, I have worked a
process of some sort.
Now it's not the same as it was.
It changes.
SPEAKER_01: Right.
SPEAKER_04: And it changes based
on where I'm at in my evolution.
Yeah.
As I evolve, we change and our
processes change, and that's
okay.
And you gotta allow that to
happen.
SPEAKER_00: Agreed.
So agreed.
Well, I feel complete.
Do you feel complete?
SPEAKER_04: I am always good to
go, yo.
SPEAKER_00: Yo, yo, yo, yo.
Hey guys, we appreciate y'all
listening.
Remember, contrast is okay.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Having emotions
based on the contrast is okay.
And if you think it's a
distraction, it probably is.
And you just gotta figure out
why.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Hey, y'all, look us
up on our website,
www.themercenters.org.
That's t-h e m-e-r-c, c n
t-e-r-s.org.
Or you can just Google search
Dr.
Jenny Emery and she pops right
up on the first four or five
Google things.
It'd be the easiest way.
The website's on there.
Well, we have the stores up and
running.
It's the the salty tarot at
salty tarot.myshopify dot com.
SPEAKER_02: Right.
SPEAKER_00: And there's a uh
link that uh from the website
you can get to it.
And uh watch for our new app
that's gonna be rolling out, the
salty tarot.
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
Got the books, uh, the books up
on Amazon.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, your book's
back up on Amazon.
We got that fixed.
Uh uh mine will be uploaded the
next day or two completely, and
my new book I'm gonna try to
finish in the next week.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Because I've I've
got about 11 days left of
writing on it.
So eleven days of the
step-by-step process.
But it's gonna be called
Unlocked.
SPEAKER_03: Unlocked.
SPEAKER_00: How to unlock your
true purpose.
Hey guys, don't forget to like,
follow, and share.
And hey, you know, share this
with your friends.
Tell them.
Hey, uh, you know, you might
want to listen to these this
podcast, you'll enjoy it.
SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Not saying you'll
get any smarter, but you'll at
least have a little fun.
SPEAKER_04: Cool vibes, man.
SPEAKER_00: We appreciate y'all
listening, and y'all have an
awesome day.
SPEAKER_04: Love ya.
