Speaker 1: Welcome back to the show. Everybody and we and we are in studio today really just focused on us, Just kidding. Speaker 2: Good morning. Speaker 1: Oh gosh, there she is . She's drinking coffee. Actually, is it coffee? Speaker 2: No, it's hot chocolate with a little allspice . Speaker 1: Hot chocolate with some allspice in it. Yep, oh, hey, we want to send out a special shout out to our new social media director. We have a new one and, uh, she is in the process of setting this up and doing a great job. We're proud of, very proud of her, and thank you very much, chloe. Speaker 2: Her name is Chloe Rhodes. She is amazing at the marketing gig. Speaker 1: She is a contractor, so reach out to us if you need her contact information. Speaker 2: I feel like that was an opportunity to cheer oh it was? Speaker 1: Did I miss the cheers ? Speaker 2: Kind of A little bit. Speaker 1: Yeah, chloe Woo, chloe yeah. Speaker 2: It has been quite convenient. I would say and she is doing an amazing job. She really is, it's nice to be able to call somebody up and say , hey, I'd really like this, and you just kind of make your order and magic it happens, it just appears. Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it is nice Like on the website. Speaker 2: we were like we want this and this and this and we pop on and like magic. Speaker 1: Oh, you mean it's on there. You mean the Merck Center's website magic, oh, you mean it's on there. You mean the Merck centers website? Yeah, wwwthemerccentersorg. That's spelled with C, so it's T-H-E-M-E-R-C-C-E-N-T-E-R-Sorg Way to plug it, babe, you like that, yeah, plugged it right in there. Plug her in. So our topic is a Dr Jenny request. She has made a request to talk about the mental game, the mental side of us, and so I don't really know how to introduce it because we haven't discussed it. Speaker 2: We kind of did. I gave you a little snippet. What do you call it when you give somebody a preview? Speaker 1: A snippet. Speaker 2: I gave you a trailer. Speaker 1: It was a short trailer. Yeah, it was a trailer. It was a very a trailer. It was a short trailer, a trailer. Yeah, it was a trailer. It was a very short trailer. Yeah, it was. I guess I didn't hook it to my truck very well because I don't remember the conversation. Speaker 2: It was more like a little wagon. Speaker 1: Yeah, a little red wagon. Little wheels are turning, so Dr Jenny, take it over. Speaker 2: What do you want to talk about with the mental side of this? Well, I wanted to break down how the mental mechanism works. Okay, so we have three aspects to the body do we call those freckles? Some may. Speaker 1: Some may call them rashes as specs some may be that they're not wiping telling everybody about my three speckles. Speaker 2: As specks Some may be that they're not wiping. Speaker 1: Are you telling everybody about my three speckles? Speaker 2: Maybe that you're not wiping it too. Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that could be. Speaker 2: You may just have a dirty butt. Speaker 1: So there's three aspects of the mental game. Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, there, yeah so three aspects of the being. There's the mind body, the spiritual body, the energy body. We've talked about that in other podcasts. I just wanted to bring to light how I see it and maybe it will help some people receive clarification. The higher self is the one that is putting in the information into the computer, which is our brain. The brain is physically receiving the information, and our mind, our awakened, subconscious awareness mind, the one that thinks and does all that is the perceiver of the information and from the perspective of what the beliefs, patterns and programs are in place. So, as we go deeper into it, the physical mind it's not the physical mind's job to figure anything out. It's not the physical mind's job to figure out the how of anything. Speaker 1: Okay, the physical body or the physical, the actual mind, the physical, actual mind , okay. Speaker 2: The actual mind, not the brain, but the mind. You mean this thing I have rattling around in my head that part of you that says, oh my gosh, how am I going to fix this ? How am I going to fix that, that internal dialogue, that thinking that, when you know, a situation comes. I mean, yeah, it can be. But it can also just be that thought process of oh my God, what do I got to do about this? How do I fix it? How do I move into action, panic, whatever, whatever. Speaker 1: Okay, you understand. Speaker 2: Yeah, then, there's the physical brain, it's. It's the receiver, it's the radio receiver. Speaker 1: The computer processor. Yeah, okay. Speaker 2: It, it's the radio receiver. The computer processor. Yeah, okay, it lets the information in. Okay, so anytime you have a thought, it stems from the higher self. Okay, it's because the human mind, through its beliefs, patterns and programs, has perceived it in such a way that doesn't allow it to be a joyful, interesting, curious, feeling, thought. Speaker 1: Okay, so you're saying that our processor receives the information? Speaker 2: Which is the brain, which? Speaker 1: is the brain, and our beliefs, our patterns and our program tell us how to process that. That would be the RAM. Speaker 2: It doesn't tell us how. It's the determining factor of how you're going to view that information or whether you even acknowledge the information. Speaker 1: Okay, so what is the next step of? Speaker 2: So the reason I bring it up is because can I use you as a demonstration volunteer? Speaker 1: I don't care, as long as it's not. I mean, you already told everybody about my aspects. Speaker 2: I did not tell people about your aspects. You did Buy some soap dude. Speaker 1: Those are freckles. Speaker 2: Okay, whatever permission slip you need to make yourself feel better okay, yes, you may use me as an example so I watch you at work, for example, sometimes, and you'll get wrapped up in the chaos of work and you'll run around trying to fix every little thing , getting frustrated, aggravated , and then be completely drained and exhausted when we have one of those kind of, you know, heavy days where employees are misbehaving, contractors are misbehaving, that kind of day. You know what I mean and and I think to myself, I think to myself what a wonderful world. Speaker 1: What a wonderful person you are. Life is a big theatrical play in my head, I agree. Speaker 2: I think to myself golly, he is wearing his physical mind out trying to figure out all the hows, because the higher self has all of the information and all of the knowledge that we just have, kind of like a human reactive ism, reactive ism is that a word ? Speaker 1: oh, is that the genie ism of the day? Speaker 2: we need a sound for the genie ism of the day I'm gonna have to come up. Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to come. I'm gonna have to download a sound for the genie ism. I have have to go through that. Speaker 2: Reactivism means when you are reactive and you don't stop and take a beat and say, hmm, okay, what do you say about this higher self? What is my best? next thought or action or step to take in it and you just kind of get tangled back up into the human world. Just kind of get tangled back up into the human world, then you are expecting your thinking mind, your physical mind, to kind of like figure things out. And that's not what the physical mind was ever designed to do. The physical mind wasn't, wasn't designed to figure out the how. And so, number one, you give it undue stress of trying to figure something out that it's not supposed to be trying to figure out. You create stressful situation. But also you can inadvertently give it the idea that it has power and so that will bring about, like this monkey mind control noise in the head of okay, I have to control everything, and now I have the, I have the power. Speaker 1: So I have a question. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: So if the mind is not there to figure out things and process things, what is it there for To perceive? Okay, that carries me into my next question. Speaker 2: Good. Speaker 1: Is it not perception that I'm, that I am this? I'm just using this as the example that you used. Is it not perception that I am not moving? I am this. I'm just using this as the example that you used. Is it not perception that I am not moving within a spiritual journey, within it, like I'm? You know? Yeah, I may be running. I'm asking the question. Speaker 2: No, I get it. I understand. Ask your question. Speaker 1: So me, like in your perception that I'm running around and I get exhausted and I get tired at the end of the day , where in that to you says not a spiritual journey, not a spiritual journey. Red alert, red alert. Speaker 2: It doesn't necessarily say red alert to me. I just think to myself, like, for instance, having a difficult conversation with an employee. Are we stopping to say, is it time to have this conversation, or would it be more beneficial to stop and have the conversation when it doesn't feel so difficult or feel so upstream or against stream, rather than it feeling heavy and daunting and like I just don't want to go have this conversation or I don't want to have to deal with this like the right thing to do, and then the words are given to you to say and do and handle it in exactly the highest and best way. Is what I guess I'm trying to say. I feel your confusion. Speaker 1: So don't don't get me wrong. I know there are times that I humanly interject myself into things throughout today. Speaker 2: Listen, I wasn't judging. Oh, I know. Speaker 1: I know, but this is what I'm cause. We've actually had this conversation before a little bit , and it's kind of always just been me. This is what I do, and, and so the you can do you. Yeah, I know, I know I can. I don't need your permission, stop it. That was funny, but my question within it is truly confusing. So what in it is throwing up the? Because I'm obviously missing. What's throwing up that subject that I am running through the day? Because? Speaker 2: what brings it up is because of statements that you've said on occasion. When you're having a hard day and you come home and you're tired and it's been, and what you call an energetically draining day, and you're tired of trying to fix everything for everybody, okay, it's that statement. Actually, that is the telltale sign that you're going about it and trying to figure out all the hows and all of the ways to fix the situation from a human minded standpoint. Speaker 1: I agree with you. I do that a lot, and the reason why I'm asking is because I'm sure there's people out there listening to this that do the same thing that I do every day, and they do go home and be like God. What a day, you know I mean. But that's not every day, it's just. Speaker 2: Oh right and so it's. Speaker 1: it's like because there was nothing more than I would love to never have one of those days, and so I'm asking the question, because how do I identify when I'm doing that? Speaker 2: Right, I again. Everything goes back to that emotional guidance system, the EGS. So if it feels tiresome, if it feels draining, if it feels like a drag, if it feels heavy, like a burden, then that's the indicator that one might would want to look at it and see. Because I'll give you an example If you're going to have a conversation with an employee because they're misbehaving and you're absolutely just dreading that conversation, it's because you have made a definition that the conversation is going to be unpleasant for you or for that person. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 2: If you're concerned about, because this is a lot of times one of the things that we say is we don't want to change somebody's life inadvertently by making the wrong decision Correct. But you have to remember each individual came here to have experiences, and so I'll use this example If that individual has behaved in such a way that gets them released of their job duties, aka fired, and we are the tool that the company uses to fire this individual, then rather than dreading firing this person, knowing that they have three kids and are they going to be able to find another job, and I really just don't want to go fire this person. It's the holidays. Speaker 1: It's the holidays. Speaker 2: It's the holiday, Then the reason you're feeling the way that you're feeling about it is because you have definitions and beliefs in place . The message came from the higher self that said okay, it's time for this person to be relieved of their duties because that's in their journey. It's time for them to move on. And we forget that that individual is on their own journey, but it also is affording the fire-er, the boss, the opportunity for this to come up. And realize that they have a perspective, beliefs, patterns in place that are preventing them from allowing that other person to go on their journey. Because you never know, that person leaving this job may open up a door that takes them and catapults them into their purpose of being something bigger and grander than any of us could possibly see even the individual being fired but that's not in your definition anywhere then it won't be what would be perceived as a pleasant task. And so then, when you pile on top of that a contractor not doing their job and you needing to find a new contractor, the other customers being grouchy and grumpy, you pile all that on and you're humanly trying to keep this person happy and figure out this and figure out that and figure out that Humanly it is exhausting and it is draining and it's not supposed to be that way. You check in with your higher self, sit for a minute and ask okay, what is the next? What am I supposed to do? Give me the information. I'm open, receptive. It's kind of like having okay. So there's the three components the higher self sits on the top of the mountain, you're the physical body going on the journey and your brain is the receiver of the information. Your higher self can see the whole valley, the mountains, it can see everything. And so if you go walking along and your higher self can see that there is a block in the road, a tree is down on the path that you're on, and so two miles before that tree, you can't see it. Yet your higher self says turn right, right here. But if you stop and you ask the question and you question your higher self and you say I'm not going to do that, I'm going to continue on, then you're going to continue on the same path and you're going to come up against that tree, which is the block and the resistance, when if you had just listened to your higher self and said right, right, turn, clyde, and made that right turn, you would have gone around all of that, actually shortened your journey and had a block, free, resistant, free path to move along. Speaker 1: So the turn right spot. There's not like a chainsaw right there that I'm supposed to grab and just keep going and then cut that tree up. Speaker 2: I mean you could, but it's kind of a heavy chainsaw and it causes you to sweat and do work that's not necessary. You could go that route because free will free will allows you to go to that and then manifest a chainsaw. But then you've got to physically pick up the chainsaw. You've got to cut the tree in pieces enough to unblock the path, move those pieces out of the way with something, a tool or your hand or something. That's heavy, strainful work that causes sweat and tiresome and all of that and just so that you can continue on. You'll end up at the same place . But the point that I was trying to make is, had you made the right turn and listened to that, then you wouldn't have had to do all of that physical labor and would have been able to take this journey. That seemed a lot less resistant and a lot more free flowing and you feel still vibrant and energetic and complete. It just is a better feeling place for me. That's my experience. Speaker 1: Okay, that's the reason. That's where I was going with. Next with this is we all know that we all have a different journey here. We create a reality. We do the things based off our belief systems and we create this world that we live in humanly for the experiences based off our belief systems and our emotional guidance. And so I guess what I am not sure about is me grabbing that chainsaw, cutting that tree down . Is it really that bad? Is it really that? Speaker 2: Well to you. It may not be that, and if that's a journey you want to have, great, wonderful, have that journey. What I'm saying is, in this scenario, if it were that bad to you and it was causing you to be like I just don't want to do this, dragging my feet, resistant, because it's not seen as a joyful or pleasant or even remotely interesting thing to have to do, that's the type of scenario I'm putting forth. If you enjoy playing with the chainsaw and you enjoy moving that around, do it because it's enjoyable, because it brings joy to you which raises your vibration, because joy has a bigger, a different vibrational frequency than drudgery. Right, I guess drudgery maybe is a good word If you are drudgered. Is drudgered a word Drudgered If you're drudgered about having to do a task? Speaker 1: Ginny is the number two of the day. Hey drudger, hey drudger. Speaker 2: Are you the drudger? Speaker 1: and juror, your honorable judger Drudger. Speaker 2: If you're drudging about having to do the task, oh you just threw another one in there, drudging it's the different tenses of the word I'm a drudgenist, you are a drudgenist, you are a drudgenist . Speaker 1: Oh, that's funny Anyway. Speaker 2: Don't be bedrudgeoned about it Bedrudgeoned. Speaker 1: Are you bedrudgeoned today? Speaker 2: I am bedrudgeoned because I have to go clean house , so I'm going to hire a maid. Speaker 1: That falls right in that category Resplendent, resplendent, resplendent, resplendent, resplendent that actually is a word resplendent. Speaker 2: Did you look up the definition? Speaker 1: Resplendent. Yeah, I know what it means. Speaker 2: What does it mean? Speaker 1: It means beautifully beautiful, or well done, or there's many different. Speaker 2: Beautifully choreographed. Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: Beautifully orchestrated. Yes, resplendent, and can you spell that? Speaker 1: R-E-S-P-L-E-N-D-E-N-T . Splendent. Yes, that was one of my company names once, it was resplendent. Speaker 2: Word of the day. Speaker 1: Resplendent, resplendent. Speaker 2: Very nice. If you are having joy and pleasure from grabbing the chainsaw and cutting the tree out of the way of the path, then do that. But if it is a drudgery to think about having to grab the chainsaw and cut that out of the way and you're like, why do I always this nonsense going on? That is a much different vibration and it does not feel good. Speaker 1: So let's take this question in another direction. So, because I know there's going to be people out there just like me, like I said before , if our higher self and we're in tune with our higher self and it is more fun for us to grab the chainsaw and go cut the tree , wouldn't higher self guide us that way? Speaker 2: Of course, okay, your higher self is always guiding you to the most joyful experiences that exist, and so, if you enjoy the chainsaw, I'm not talking to right. I'm talking to those that don't enjoy having to pick up the chainsaw and sweat there. Speaker 1: Right, no, no, this is aspects off aspects Okay. Speaker 2: And it's miserable, and it's not a good thing. Speaker 1: So I guess in my thought process is there are people out there that say, yeah, I get tired, but in this I had to work hard today or I get stressed out, or the you know, based on the, the higher self direction. But I've always wondered, like you know, what if the higher self didn't give me a different direction to go? Speaker 2: What if this is the? Speaker 1: what if this is the way I'm supposed to go? Speaker 2: Oh see, this is exactly the trip up that I'm trying to explain this is exactly the trip up that I'm trying to explain. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 2: Higher self always is giving you the information that you're asking. Okay, but are you opening your ears, removing your beliefs and definitions out of the way to be able to hear the information coming through. Because, by design, the higher self is always giving you the highest and best way to get from point A to point B. Always, that's its job. Speaker 1: Okay, so you're trying to say that that's not a chainsaw cutting down a tree. Speaker 2: It could be for you if you enjoy it, like maybe we need to buy you a chainsaw for Christmas. Speaker 1: No, I don't want a chainsaw. I really don't enjoy chainsaws. Speaker 2: You're just bantering with me to bring up? I'm just bringing up topics. You're just bedrudgering me with a chainsaw, that's correct. Speaker 1: Yes, I mean, there was a time in my life that I enjoyed cutting down trees, but not really anymore. Speaker 2: Okay, no more lumberjacking. Speaker 1: Nope, no more lumberjacking my aspects off. No more lumberjacking off your aspects. Speaker 2: Okay, take off your plaid shirt and put on a new uniform. Speaker 1: So that's where I was kind of going with. That is, sometimes I'm not so sure I'd get a bifurcation offer from my higher self. I just plug away at everything in life and just keep on going, because Either that or, like you said, I'm not hearing it. Speaker 2: It's always. The information is always there . Your higher self, your guides. It's always there because before you came into your meat suit, you have this group of entities that agreed to help you along the way. So you always have a navigator. You always have someone that has a higher perspective of the clearest and best path to get you from one point to the next. But it is your free will and it is sometimes beliefs, patterns and programs that skew that. And those beliefs, patterns and programs, as we know, are built from experiencing situations and circumstances and events and come from those that raised us or we choose to buy into and can sometimes not be as helpful or beneficial in allowing us to hear and see the highest perspective there is available to us. It can skew the glasses that we look through, it can blur the vision. It can mute the hearing if you're not checking in with it. So if you are on a journey and you don't feel like that your questions or requests are being answered, it's not because they're not being answered, dear God, why is this happening and why aren't you hearing me? I'm dialing in and my phone is disconnected. It's not because it's disconnected. It's because you have disconnected, either because you're not trusting your higher self, you're not stopping to listen. You're too wound up in the humanness of thinking that it's your thinking mind's responsibility to figure out the how. Your experience of a similar situation turned out to be very hard and difficult, and so you've moved into a place of fear about it, and that's blocking the information from coming in. That's why I say go and sit with certain questions and meditate on the question and wait for the answer. Speaker 1: Okay, and so the as humans and as spiritual beings. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: So we're going to separate those two topics. So, as spiritual beings, we are of one energy, one light, so to speak. But as humans, we're here for experience, and as we experience life, we're working off our belief system. Most of our belief system is what we are told or taught, especially as we grow up, and now, as we get older, we develop our own right and so like. For example, like this is I'm touching on this topic in my book the generational gap of belief systems. Like when my grandfather was alive he went to the great depression right and he was taught to hoard food, to had to work his tail end off, know to survive, because that was a 10 year time of depression to where nothing economically changed positive and they, he taught, he teaches that generational belief in there to you know, hoard food or whatever and those kinds of things, and so we're taught these beliefs throughout the year and told by our parents , our people we admire, or mentors or whoever. And one of the beliefs that I have identified lately, after you and I had kind of had this little bit of this conversation the other day was I was taught that hard work is the way you accomplish and beat those hard things in life. Speaker 2: Okay, and so. But if you don't want it to be that way and you're asking in your awakened state, you're setting an intention to have a journey that's in defined flow with ease and grace, but you still are hanging on to that belief, your reality is going to be up and down, up and down, up and down, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Speaker 1: I agree, and so after you and I had this conversation the other day, I was kind of checking in with this and and looking at it and that's a that's a belief that I was told and I actually, as I grew, I confirmed it in my own adulthood , even though how. Well, just by accomplishing things, through working my tail end off yeah, you know, being a former restaurant owner and I had to work my tail end off. Speaker 2: We didn't have to. You chose to. Speaker 1: I chose to because that's what I was taught. Speaker 2: Well, because that's the belief that you adopted, and held on to. Speaker 1: That's correct. Speaker 2: You said, my belief is that I have to work hard and strenuous, many hours whatever with my physical body to make the how happen. Speaker 1: Okay, I agree, I'm not arguing with you. Speaker 2: No, I get it. I'm just reiterating it for the for the audience. Speaker 1: Listen, lady, don't be crunching me. So you know, we're taught this, like all these little things that we get taught and we we don't know how to identify them. We get told to do things, but nobody tells us how to do them. We get directed to do things in certain ways, but nobody teaches us how. Speaker 2: Can I stop there and interject? Speaker 1: Sure. Speaker 2: There is somebody telling you how to do it. Speaker 1: Okay, I know where you're going. Your higher self tells you how to do it. But the process of that if we were not told to stop and listen to your higher self, then you're really not told or taught to do that. We actually get taught just the opposite. We get told oh, quit acting that way and quit doing this and quit doing that. You keep crying. I'm going to give you a reason to cry. You know those kinds of things that go on in our life and it cloudies our own processes that we develop and it just kind of reinstills the fact because society teaches you these things and your mentors and your parents or whatever, tell you all these things. And so you just turn around and it gets reaffirmed in your own beliefs because you are told to not do those things. And that's what I've identified . And so, like, yes, I was told you have to work hard to be successful. You know there's no such thing as easy money, all these little things. And I got reaffirmed because I was also taught this is you just , you just put your nose to the grindstone. You know those kind of things. And so when we get, when, when we get into our stage of where we're like, you know, I'm kind of tired of working that hard. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: We have to relook at ourselves. Of course working that hard. Yeah, we have to relook at ourselves, of course, and now that we're in definitely in a whole different, awakened state, the ability for us to do that is much easier, like it's much easier for you to to say, yeah, just quit doing that right and I try very hard not to I try to remember, when I am coaching someone, how it felt when somebody said that to me, because it's not a beneficial statement, right, just stop doing it. Yeah. Speaker 2: It's not that easy, but I think that that's part of our intention on the podcast journey is giving viable information that helps walk people through what that process might look like by giving them techniques to try to ease it off , just a little bit of releasing those things. Speaker 1: And so when I go to look at my belief systems and I look back through history, I tried to remember the times I was taught things and which I normally do pretty good I and I'll look through those and be like, okay, yeah, I don't want to own that belief anymore, I don't want to be a part of this conversation anymore. I'll go through those things and even though you can fix something overnight, it doesn't always happen, because sometimes it rears its head back up. Speaker 2: Yeah, and so what does that process look like for you If you were going to walk somebody through the steps as a beginner or a mid-leveler? Speaker 1: That's what I kind of just did, is was I identify what I don't like about it, like all these phrases that I got you got to work harder, not smarter, and now they're saying you got to work smarter not harder. Speaker 2: So once you identify them, we don't need to go back through them. Once you identify them, what is the step that you take? Speaker 1: You just cut me off and tell me I don't need to do something. I begrudging you, just grudging me, I got grudging. Speaker 2: Whackamole, whackamole. Speaker 1: Smack, did y'all hear that? That was her hammer hit me on the head? You're right. But you're right, I don't have to go through all of them. We already did. Speaker 2: We just want to know what the next step is, Once you identify it and you identify. I don't want this anymore. How do you go? Speaker 1: through. Speaker 2: What does that process look like of getting rid of it? Speaker 1: or redefining it. You do it a little differently than I do. We've actually discussed this. Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think both are viable options for people. No, I agree yeah, and I think both are viable options for people. Speaker 1: No, I agree, and so I go back through my Rolodex of memories and try to find where this belief started. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: And then I will change the acceptance of that belief by either A just saying out loud yeah, I'm not going to do that anymore. Speaker 2: Okay, so you don't like fill out the application of whether this belief gets accepted or not. You check the no, not accepted, rejected box versus accepted box. Speaker 1: Check yes or no. Do you love me? Speaker 2: I think it would be a whole lot more fun game if you envisioned yourself as the secretary of acceptance or rejection, and the belief brings its little application to you and you get to stamp it accepted or denied, or you throw it into the. Speaker 1: And if it gets denied , you look them straight in the eye and say denied, and you stick it in the shredder or they're there and they're standing there with their clits in their hands and they're saying I just want to be accepted or maybe the floor falls out when you push the button pull a big lever and they fall into the little trap door well with me. I just like that is basically will say, ok, I'm not going to do that and I don't accept that and I'll go back to the processes. Now here's the the, the hiccup that I have sometimes, and that is sometimes I don't go back far enough and I don't go through it all, or sometimes these memories come to my awareness later on. Speaker 2: How do you can ask a question, how do you know that you haven't gone back far enough ? Like what? Speaker 1: happens, I don't, I don't know. Sometimes it just pops back up in my reality. That same. Speaker 2: I'll catch myself repeating it oh, I see, and so then you go in and you research why it's coming back why is it back instead of it? Speaker 1: dissolving completely and being done with it right like when, when I sold my company, I was, that's what I was I. I hadn't made a promise to myself I wasn't going to work that hard anymore. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: But here I catch myself all the time doing it, and so I clear I'll go back. Okay, go back to my Rolodex. Okay, this is when this happened. All right, that's gone. Speaker 2: And then and so why do you think it's that way? Speaker 1: I don't my process um . I think sometimes I go more. It is all the pins like. Sometimes I have many memories that pops up. I think it's the onion syndrome . Speaker 2: The onion syndrome, oh yeah, the peeling layer by layer, I would agree. Like you're done with this layer and you've learned what you need to learn from it, then it becomes easy to release that layer of it. I would agree, but then if there's a next level learning from, it could be that portions of it hang on, because there's a little bit more for you to learn from the experience Right, I agree. And so then it will pop back up, because then you'll learn something new about yourself, continuing the evolution of it. So I think it sometimes can be that. Speaker 1: Okay, and so that's how I work. The process is I identify what is causing me this. Sometimes the identifying part can be a little bit tricky because it can be two or three things tied together. Speaker 2: Indeed the entanglement theory. Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean like, for example, money, work and success. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: Those are all three entangled, when they're actually three different subjects for me . Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: You know, money comes easy and often I didn't used to believe that. I used to believe they had to work hard. For you, I work hard for my money and then I fall into the. You know the trap of just repeating the process Rinse and repeat, Rinse and repeat, Work hard. You know, play hard, work hard, play hard. That's another one. That's because I did that. I believe I had to work hard and play hard to be successful and have abundance. Speaker 2: You see how they're all three all tangled together For me. I believed that I had to work hard to get to play. Speaker 1: Oh see. Speaker 2: Because and it came from all the way back into school you do your homework before you can go out and play. Yeah, you got to get all of that finished and done and study and then you can go out for the weekend. Did you do your homework so? You have to work hard, then you get the reward of getting to go play hard. Speaker 1: No me, for me it was work hard, play hard, then do homework. Speaker 2: And so then what I would do is is like, if friends asked me to go out, I would have to self self-evaluate and say um, did I do enough work to have deservability to go and play? See how mine was tangled up in that one other aspect of deservability Do I deserve to go play? Speaker 1: Have I earned it? Speaker 2: And right. And so then it starts messing with the deservability aspect. Speaker 1: So what was the big deal about our parents making us do our homework on Friday nights? We have two days off before we go back to school on Monday. Speaker 2: I never understood it , Honestly stupid. Speaker 1: I never understood I used to let my kids do theirs on Sunday before they went back to school. Speaker 2: I guess it's the whole concept of waiting till the last minute. Speaker 1: Is it because they wanted to have their time off? Speaker 2: No, I think it was because maybe they just didn't want it to be Sunday at 10 o'clock and you come running in and say I forgot to do my homework. Speaker 1: Oh God, I'm not doing my homework. Speaker 2: When they say, little Jimmy, it's time for bed. When they say little Jimmy, it's time for bed. Did you shower and brush your teeth? Yeah, but I didn't remember to do my homework. I never did that, and then you're up till midnight or 1 o'clock trying to get a project done, and if it requires their assistance, they're up till midnight or 1 o'clock helping, and then the whole experience is miserable for everybody, but their higher self should have showed them the other way. Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I'm just playing. They already did. We already talked about the why Get it done on Friday night so they can worry about it. But I never did understand why they always wanted us to get it done on Friday nights. But anyway, I don't know, because that was to me sacrificing my time because my parents weren't home and so I would always just lie. Speaker 2: Wow you in my time because my parents weren't home and so I would. I would always just lie Wow, you are something else. Speaker 1: I did. That's what I did. I was like, yeah, I got it done , and then I would wait until they went to bed on Saturday night or something and then I would do my homework. Because most of the times, like when I was growing up, most of the times I can remember my uncle and aunt would come over and they would all sit around and get drunk and dance Friday and Saturday night. So they would just pass out and I would just go to my room and do my homework. But Friday night was my time, when my parents went home and I go play with my friends. Speaker 2: I mean. For me, the reality is is that I was a teacher's pet and an overachiever, so I very rarely had home. I was one of those nerdy people that was doing other people's homework. Very rarely had homework I was one of those nerdy people that was doing other people's homework. Yeah, so, honestly, I very rarely had homework and the homework that I did have, for the most part I enjoyed doing it , so I didn't mind coming home and doing homework. Speaker 1: I hated history. I hated the history subject. Anyway, I would always like, every night, our history teacher in high school would give us homework, every single night. Speaker 2: Wow. Speaker 1: And I hated history. Speaker 2: It made me hate it. I usually just got minus. Speaker 1: It's so mundane. History Four score and seven years ago, his mundane voice when he was teaching. I mean there was no fun in the class, no laughter, nothing that created the excitement around history and it turned me into where I don't like history. Speaker 2: You kind of do like history now. Speaker 1: Yeah, I do turned me into where I don't like history. You kind of do like history now , yeah I do. I've grown into where I like it, out of my own discovery, because it's a different perspective it is a whole different person because you talk about it a lot, oh yeah but the uh, the going back to your processes of discovering those and cleaning them up is what I how I do it, and then, every now and then they'll pop back up and you have to be awakened enough to stop and say, okay, all right, I get it, I missed one and do it again. Speaker 2: Well, and just to reiterate, the concept that I'm trying to put forward is your thinking mind. It is not the thinking mind's job to figure out the how. Okay, it just is the job of the thinking mind to experience and perceive the situation, circumstance or event. Okay, and you experience and perceive the situation, circumstance or event, and then, once you've done that, you've collected the data, basically as a little scientist, you put it in the little book under that experience and you set it on the library shelf for all to enjoy. But you went and experienced it and had the emotions around it from your perspective and then you move on. It's not your job as the mind to figure out the how your higher self gives you the information, your brain, the physical brain, the actual brain that lives inside your pee-picking little head, receives it. Speaker 1: I don't pee-pick. Speaker 2: Do you aspect-pick? Aspect I have aspects your mind takes and then decides how it's going to interpret that information, which includes and incorporates actions and emotions. Speaker 1: And your beliefs. The beliefs are what cause your actions and your emotions. So it takes information, runs it through the belief system and then causes actions and emotions. Speaker 2: Right, and if those actions and emotions are unpleasant, then it's because the belief systems that are in place around that topic are not in alignment with the most pleasant outcome. It may be time. It may be time If you're noticing that that didn't feel good the way you perceived it or the actions that you took, or that you're beat down and begrudging over your reality right now. That's not because higher self is not giving you the answer. That's because you need to look at your belief systems and your definitions and you need to do an upgrade. That's all. Speaker 1: Hey, you did it well. Yay, james, you got to do the summarization Summar it. You got to do an upgrade, that's all. Hey, you did it well. Yay, james, you got to do the summarization. You got to do the summation of the podcast. Yay, james. Speaker 2: And I personally, I like to make it as fun as I can using my childlike imagination. Just like I said, I have a little lady that sits at a desk and she is the belief system clerk and they fill out an application and they're either accepted or denied. She stamps it accepted and they move into the chamber where all the belief systems are held, or they get denied and the floor falls out and they get dropped down into the never accepted abyss of rejection. Speaker 1: Can we have a big purple guy that looks like Barney with a hammer? Speaker 2: Or what about Wile E Coyote when he falls all the way down and it makes this little tiny puff of dust? Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's funny . Speaker 2: That's how mine. Anytime I have the opportunity to make something childlike and fun or funny to where I can giggle about it, that's what I choose. Because, that energy, that energy anytime you can incorporate that fun, loving, high laugh energy, it will clear beliefs very quickly. It will let you release traumas and dramas very quickly. If you can incorporate that energy in it, it's a very healing energy. Speaker 1: I agree. Laughter and child love is fun, which is why we play a lot on the podcast. Speaker 2: Yeah, because it has a frequency that's very close to that natural state of being, which is the higher self's energy of fully lightened load, enlightenment, and it's a very healing thing to find that vibrational frequency. Then a whole lot of baggage just turns loose. Speaker 1: Are you complete? Speaker 2: I am complete. Alrighty, are you complete? I am complete, or are you completely Incomplete? Begredgend. Speaker 1: Begredioned, begredioned, whatever is Splendid Response. Anyway, we appreciate you all listening, like, follow, share and. Ring the bell Ring, the bell Ding. We appreciate you all.
